Simply wanted to make background transparent instead of white on a basic logo. AI tool to automatically do this did nothing, left the whitespace all there, but created a transparent square around the logo. And trying to use the self editing, I could not figure out anyway to do it on my own. 20 years I could do this easily, about a 2 second step, with Adobe, then later other products, but I have no desire to spend 5-50 minutes googling how to do this basic thing. Crazy thing is I was planning to buy some Adobe products for other things, but this definitely turned me off of event trying them.

Terrible interface, terrible idea. Working ONLY online, with windows now way to copy-past from other Adobe or other packages... a real lock-in. Not worth any money. Bad helpdesk. This company has gone only downhill... They have a track record so they still abide, but man... did they make some really bad decisions (from customers view. Probably doing great business with all older fanbase)

Non è minimamente paragonabile a Canva, purtroppo... davvero molto limitato, sia nella versione da pc (che uso quasi esclusivamente) sia da mobile. Non si possono fare cose elementari, i flussi di lavoro sono macchinosi

Love your work to all people

I have created a Resume using their service, and I'm willing to pay while using the service, but they say they will delete my resume once I have a job unless I pay about a thousand dollars until next time I look for a job (say 5-7 years from now). They prohibit me from downloading the project either, so I can pick it up next time. I regret building the Resume on their service, and strongly advice you not to do so.

The new version of Adobe is absolutely terrible.

All my previous files are now unusable.
Most of the features are now Premium-only.
Most of the amazing elements are simply GONE.

Another great service absolutely ruined for no reason whatsoever. Great job guys, you deserve to lose all of your clients 👍🏻
