We have a clearance outlet in Rochdale where we sell clearance and end of line stock in addition to our regular lines. We deliver nationwide and offer superb value and service. Do not order from this company- they do not issue a refund despite claiming that they will. I have needed to dispute this issue with my bank. I ordered 8 panels and lights on 6th October. The panels were delivered at 6am. The order was missing the lights and they said they did not have them in stock. I cancelled the order for lights on 11th Nov and they confirmed they would refund the money. After several e-mails to them, and several promises of a refund, I have still not received it. Have needed to raise a dispute with my bank. Avoid!

Ordered the light oak coloured panels very disappointed as there nothing like the light oak advertised on the website I'm now going to have to buy a varnish to paint them the colour I thought I'd ordered

After a phone call it got sorted and was told by txt and email it would be delivered 12th August at 5pm tonight I had this cheeky arrogant man on the phone who said I have just came back my holidays and your order won’t be delivered tomorrow . I said I have taking a day off my work . He answered back well it want be delivered till Thursday . I told him I can’t keep taking time off my work . I ordered 2 panels and when they arrived the quality was far better than other ones I had looked at in hardware stores. Customer service was excellent throughout and I was kept up to date with delivery times. Once delivered I was contacted to make sure that the order was correct.

Goid customer service polite staff excellent first class delivery prompt abd kept informed of order .phone call just before delivery made .also a follow up call checking if all was OK. First class customer service
Really easy process to place the order. From that moment I received calls to clarify the order was correct, another one informing me of the expected date of delivery. I also got one on the morning of deliver and one afterwards to make sure there were no issues with the goods. Just amazing customer service. Refreshing to talk to a human too. First class in my book!

Placed an order. Received a courtesy call to confirm everything was correct. Received confirmation emails. Within 3 days received communication regarding delivery. Delivery perfect and quick.

Poor customer service
Sent the wrong colour twice, when contacted regarding mistake customer service was very poor and wanted us to pay £49 for a exchange. In the end had to get a refund from the bank
Falsely advertising goods
Do not use this company. Liars. They are falsely advertising acoustic wall panels as FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) accredited and fully fire compliant.
Based on these claims, I purchased some of these panels but was disappointed to find no evidence of these claims in the packaging.
When I asked New Hall Interiors for this evidence, and only after 8 emails, and 3 weeks later, they advised that they were in the process of obtaining this from the manufacturer. Now, almost 3 more weeks have gone by and in spite of numerous emails which they have ignored, I am still awaiting their advice on returning the panels to obtain my refund. They go under various company names on the internet, probably to ‘disguise’ reviews such as this.
Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Do not use this company..... first order in March, wrong colour wood and now in June and still wrong colour wood delivered three times. Listen to the reviews, go elsewhere. They are also linked to British Homes Direct..same rubbish company.

Disgrace of a company , avoid at all costs.
From ordering my panels in the Black Friday deal to actually receiving my order in January it’s been a complete mess. The wrong boards was sent out twice and I even ended up with someone’s else’s order at one point.
When I finally got around to installing the boards to find out they was a different colour hahahaha I ordered light oak only to receive technical light oak which is in fact grey, but if I got back through my order it says light oak . Just avoid them and buy else where . Save yourself time and agg

I placed my order for LIGHT OAK acoustic wall panels, when the delivery arrived and it said NATURAL OAK(a colour not even on their website) my wife opened the package and sure enough, wrong colour. Refused the delivery. After numerous emails and phone calls(when I could get through and not cut off), I received an email saying full refund inc. delivery charges would had been issued. Refund received minus delivery £24.99. This because they say the delivery was fulfilled from their side, erm no, no it wasn't because you sent the wrong colour panels.
do this to 50 customers a week nice £1200+ for Newhall Interiors. Not returning emails not returning calls, make your own minds up.......
Terrible customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs. Just wish I’d researched the reviews before ordering. I had two separate orders of the black acoustic panels. Second order arrived and there was a clear difference in the black. Unfortunately my builder installed them. It turns out the second order was black oak they sent and not black which was clearly ordered. I also ordered the LED strip lights for the panels and they would not fit the black oak panels. I got in touch with new hall interiors and have to say the customer service is appalling. I think I’m nearing 20 e mails to them but now they refuse to answer back. They have refunded me for the lights which I sent back on the understanding they were going to refund the postage. As it was there error. Guess what no refund for the postage. Also refused to do anything about the mistake they made sending out the wrong colour panels.
Rogue traders. Avoid at all costs. Be warned.

I ordered wall panels from New Hall Interiors and was shocked by how far off the colour was from what was advertised. I know they say colours may vary, but this wasn’t even close. When I raised the issue, not only did they fail to refund the shipping fee (despite promising a full refund), they even had the cheek to question my choice of colour—as if it was my fault! They proceeded to then show me other colours in stock of this finish, they were all miles off what was shown as well. Unprofessional and dismissive. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Fraudsters. Same people as British Homes Direct.
Please be aware that this is the same group as British Homes Direct.
Same blurb on website, same prices, same responses on Facebook.
They're relaunching their brand to escape some of the bad reviews but as you can see, Thier reputation has followed them.
