Paul had great attention to detail and the report was 1st class.
Report provided to us on the same day too
He put our mind at ease in relation to the build quality of our new home
Thanks

I would highly recommend A1 Snagging. Georgina put me at ease straight away when I called up to ask for a quote - her expertise filled me with confidence and she was able to answer all of my questions and queries. Paul completed a thorough snagging of our new build property and the report was sent across promptly and in a format which was really coherent. Post-snagging, Georgina called to ask if we had any further questions. We were really impressed by the level of care and professionalism of the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Many thanks to Georgina and Paul for arranging a Snagging Survey at such short notice.
Paul was an absolute delight, explained everything in detail and doesn't miss an inch.
A Master of his Craft! Would highly recommend.

I had a snagging survey done by A1 Snagging and what a superb experience it was. Great contact with Georgina prior to arranging the survey and very detailed snag from Paul who has extensive experience in the building industry and knows all the tricks and shortcuts developers use to hide imperfections.

Paul and Georgina were brilliant. So easy to organise and Paul had such an attention to deal looking at the snags on our new build. I highly highly recommend. Got our report within 24 hours too

Communicative and thorough - basically what you'd want from a snagging check. It was especially helpful to have the keys collected and returned while still in my old home.

Had an excellent experience with this snagging company. Paul was both professional and friendly throughout the process. His attention to detail during the inspection was impressive, and the report was thorough and clear. Communication and scheduling were also very simple and hassle-free. Highly recommend their services!

Great and thorough snagging service. Was respectful to the new house and did not cause any damages during snagging process. Found around 60 snags and promptly sent the report to us the same day in the evening.

From first initial contact to the visit and receiving the report the experience has been excellent. Having to re organise a new date last minute was no issue and I was kept up to date prior to visit and checking to report had been received.

Great customer service and super quick and comprehensive report, all at very competitive price.

I cannot fault this company. Reasonably priced with availability that suits everyone. Smooth from start to finish. Report back with 12 hours with detailed pictures and explanations to pass to builder and Solicitors. Paul’s eye to detail is amazing! Would highly recommend A1snagging

Their detailed report, complete with photos, made it easy to address all necessary repairs with the builder. They also took the time to explain everything clearly, offering practical advice along the way. Thanks to A1 Snagging, I feel confident that my home is in great condition. Awesome experience using their service. Very detail analysis of every small corner not missing out anything. I'm really shocked to go through the report to see how come they found out such minute issues which really shows the experience..Highly recommend

A very smooth and professional experience start to finish from A1 snagging.
Large choice of appointment times, good customer service and extreme attention to detail from Paul, who produced a very comprehensive report with photos and clear explanation of each defect found - all received within less than 24 hours after survey. Very happy with the level service, detail and price.
Highly recommend A1!

Thank you Paul & A1 Snagging for taking time and snagging our new build. The list was very long and very well detailed & explained. Really appreciate the effort Paul takes to go through every nook & corner of the house. Hats of to your patience.
Again the report given to us was so impressive and very well documented and easy to understand.
The Builder agreed to fix 190 out of 207 snags and they mentioned - "One of the best snag reports they have seen in a quite long time"

Excellent service and follow up.
Quick report delivery with clearly stated.

A1 provide a fast, professional, comprehensive service which has given us piece of mind around our new build property. The team took on board our highlighted issues first before working through the entire internal and external of the bay property to provide detailed report for us to provide to our developer.

Simple transparent pricing structure which is great value for money, I would recommend A1 snagging.
