I can’t warn you enough against it. Seriously, guys, you can see it again now from Lars’s latest experience.
After you buy, you get no assistance, no support, and not the data you depend on.
I’d even go so far as to say this is a scam. It looks like you won’t get the fast data feed at all. It’s all just for show, and the customer is simply being ripped off.
These scammers are based in the UAE and the UK office is just a shell company, there’s practically no chance for a customer to enforce their rights.
So once again—stay away from offers from New Hope or this Sergei or Ivan.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this company at all.

I paid a one-time fee of $4,500 for their so-called arbitrage bot. Over an extended period, several broker accounts were opened and tested. The result: no meaningful returns, and in some cases even losses.

What I found especially disappointing was the “solution” they offered afterward. They proposed a 50/50 profit split model, but in order to participate, I was supposed to deposit an additional $5,000 into each broker account.

After already paying $4,500 for the bot and seeing no convincing results, I see absolutely no reason to invest even more money.

Based on my personal experience, the actual results were nowhere near what I expected from a supposedly profitable arbitrage bo like they’re promising.

Operating the bot on your own is practically impossible. You are simply given a 50-page PDF manual, and there isn’t even an onboarding call to properly explain how to set everything up and use the system.

I was expecting a long setup process, but it actually took less time than making my trading account. Whenever I wasn't sure about something, support answered with clear instructions instead of copy-paste replies. I’ve experienced profitable periods while using the software, and overall I’ve been satisfied with how everything has worked.

The answer is just as dishonest and deceitful as my experience with this company has been. For months, you’ve done nothing but put me off, string me along, and fail to keep a single one of your promises. Your software is worthless to customers. That’s the truth.

After comparing several trading technology providers, I decided to try New Hope. The installation was completed without major difficulties, and the support staff checked that everything was configured correctly. Over the following months I experienced some profitable periods, though results naturally varied over time. I appreciated the practical approach and the fact that nobody suggested guaranteed outcomes. The software worked reliably for my needs, and support remained available whenever I needed help or additional information.

TTheir after-sales service is really poor — I don’t recommend going with them.

They already have many customers, yet they haven’t added enough staff or customer support to handle them properly. This is unacceptable. And if you try to complain, they will insult you instead of helping.

Also, don’t trust their so-called “refund policy.” They won’t refund you even a single cent.

They will provide you with a “preset” that they claim works, but in reality, none of them do. Even after I tried adjusting the settings myself, nothing changed. When I asked them about it, they blamed me for “not understanding.”

Please save your money — there are many other companies out there that are far more trustworthy than this one.

hello , from 6 month ago I asked them to send new update for me , but they never answered to email , also in live chat when I ask same request the don't answer more and left the chat

I bought the New Hope Trader EA.
But after a short time I had financial difficulties.
I wanted to use the "Refund" privilege stated on the site newhope.uk.com
The "Refund" feature is present on the New Hope Inc. website.
I contacted the technical support manager Ivan via Telegram.
I asked to use the "Refund" service, this service is available on their website.
The money was not returned to me.
I was blocked from accessing the New Hope Trader advisor.

As a result, after a long argument with a technical support representative Ivan (in the Telegram channel),
New Hope Inc left me:
1. without cash (2000 dollars)
2. no New Hope Trader advisor
4. complete disregard on the part of Ivan's representative

Due to family reasons, I asked to use the Refund feature.
This feature is present on the New Hope website
Received a refusal from Support in the Telegram channel with the name Ivan. Telegram correspondence saved. Ready to provide full correspondence.

The refund was refused. In a rough way. The message has been saved.

A few days later, access to the adviser was disabled without warning.

The statement of the representative of technical support of New Hope Inc - Ivan:
"You've abandoned your advisor."
It's not true: I requested a refund, not an adviser rejection.

Ivan, in a Telegram correspondence, offered to "work off the funds" that I paid for the New Hope adviser. He suggested the broker himself.
But in the end, New Hope Inc couldn't earn a single cent.

I asked to work out the funds spent for the adviser from another broker.
I opened an account with another broker recommended by New Hope Inc tech support and deposited funds.

Instead of re-trading,
Ivan from technical support stopped responding to my written messages in the Telegram channel.
Hasn't responded to my emails for 22 days.

In addition, New Hope Inc. was blocked in the main Telegram channel.

As a result, New Hope Inc left me
1. without cash (2000 dollars)
2. without New Hope Trader advisor
3. with a losing account with a broker offered by a representative of New Hope Inc.

Calling all potential buyers:
Be extremely careful with New Hope Inc.!

- I was the only one who used the adviser I bought for $2000.

What you so ridiculously call the "evidence base" can be found on the my.vultr.com server, where the rental of several VPUs is reflected in the activity log.

I have been working with the company for almost a year, I am satisfied with the quality of the service provided! Installing the software is simple and doesn't require a lot of time or learning. Very detailed user manual.

They refused. Then I put the EA in the trash. They just want to take your money regardless of whether you earn it or not. New Hope are professional scammers - No Hope EA.

Guys, in comparison with other companies, no one has such support! I gave 4 stars, because sometimes I got an answer the next day, but in an emergency they helped me immediately when I chose the wrong settings in the program..
