My journey with NLT
I started my year long journey with having my surgery done in 2 different stages, i was a complex cases with previous abscesses causing the complexity, i had my surgery completed by Samman but due to his departure with taking on his own dental business, I had a choice to make of who was gonna finish my teeth, so i asked in the app who would people recommend and alot of people said Dr Claire, i was told she was really patient and understanding and you know what all them people where correct. Dr Claire is an angel in disguise, she guided me through the rest of my journey with care, time and respect, if you are in Belfast and thinking of having your teeth done them Claire is an absolute gem. From the moment i walked in the door to the day i got my finals all the staff from the lovely ladies on reception to the dental nurses and dentist have been absolutely fantastic, i would highly recommend New Life Teeth

Today I had my finals fitted, and honestly, I don't think words can fully express just how delighted I am with the results. 🥹❤️
NLT, you haven't just given me a new smile; you've given me a new lease of life. Double arch implants have genuinely changed my life in ways I can't begin to explain. The confidence, the happiness and the feeling of being able to smile without holding back are priceless. Today marks the end of a journey and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to my surgeon, Abtin, for the incredible work you've done. I am absolutely over the moon with my results, and I will be forever grateful.
To my wonderful care coordinators, Sundus and Jamie, thank you for your support, reassurance and kindness throughout this journey. You've both helped make what could have been a daunting experience so much easier.
To all the dental nurses, thank you for your care, patience and kindness. Great experience
From the very start they made me feel important to them, they understood my feelings and they understood my emotions about the situation I found myself in regarding my teeth, they were empathetic and positive. The whole journey was done very professionally and friendly. The staff were excellent, they all seem to be on the same page regarding the environment they were creating. Excellent professional service from the the moment I walked in through the door & checked in with reception. Claire was my treatment co-ordinator who explained everything so well from our first meeting & was so professional & friendly.
My dentist was Ross & from start to finish his dental care for me was fantastic, with a relaxed, friendly & very professional manner, not forgetting also his lovely dental assistant Mackenzie. Overall my whole experience at this dental practice could not be faulted. 5-star rating well deserved!!

An inconsistent and varied experience
I contacted New Life Teeth because of their high rating, good quality and good value, according to reviews. They were responsive and in particular the Treatment Coordinator Jamie was very helpful although it seemed somewhat stretched in the role, with responsibility for a large number of patients.
I went for an assessment and was given a plan and quoted a price, which I was happy with. I took out a 0% finance plan, recommended by NLT. Diary dates were agreed for my treatment.
I was then asked to return for a further assessment and following this visit my plan and the price changed significantly. It seems that the surgeon who developed my original plan and the price was then overruled by another surgeon. The price difference between the original and revised plan was around £7,000.
The fact that I had what I understood to be a thorough and definitive assessment and it was agreed and locked in to the extent that I took out a finance plan and dates were scheduled and then it was significantly changed was, to say the least, problematic. If the revised plan was the correct approach for my dental needs, this is what I should have been quoted from the outset.
I chose not to proceed with the revised plan, not just for reasons of the significantly increased cost.
NLT present as a professional and patient focused clinic and their approach is responsive. Unfortunately, in my experience they fell down significantly on the assessment and plan and the extent to which this changed.

Fantastic Outcome - New Teeth, New Life !
I began my journey to get my lower arch bridge in Feb 26 with the 1st free assessment appointment (had my upper done elsewhere in 2016). This company has all the latest up to date equipment which is amazing compared to 10 years ago. The dental surgeon I had was called Louis Decadt who I can only praise very highly for his expertise, skills and patience. In fact all the staff here are excellent from my experience. I had no pain during any of my appointments bearing in mind I had circa 10 teeth out at the 1st surgical appointment in May. I had virtually no swelling, no bruising whatsoever but I guess everyone is different. The end result was achieved in under 8 months on 5th October and I can safely say it was a stress free, streamlined, totally professional experience. They deserve a 5* rating for all the reasons above and more. So just give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend New Life Teeth in Belfast. From my very first consultation right through to the completion of my treatment, the whole experience has been excellent.
Every step of the way was explained by Clare. Clare gave me dates and times of all the treatments and was able to explain them fully.
As someone who has a genuine fear of the dentist, I felt listened to, reassured and genuinely cared for. From the first consultation to the end everything was explained clearly, I felt comfortable asking questions and as I said listened to. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming throughout. My dentist Jack and his team were fantastic!
The day of the surgery was...to be honest, I can't remember 😂. You are given sedation and when it's over you think you have only been there for an hour! They play music of your choice, it's quite relaxing. You are sent home with the appropriate medication and you are well informed about the after care. I followed the after care instructions fully and I never had a problem.
The care and attention to detail I received from the entire team was outstanding. They supported me every step of the way and made what could have been a daunting experience feel much easier and more positive.
I am absolutely delighted with the end result and, most importantly, with the confidence it has given me. I cannot thank the team at New Life Teeth Belfast (Jack Dixon and team)enough for everything they have done.

About 4 weeks ago, I went in for surgery for my all in 6 implants in New Life Teeth Manchester. The procedure went a lot better than I expected as I was nervous before hand. The pain was almost non existent and the work was carried out perfectly and professionally. The staff did an exceptional job of calming my nerves which was great. During and after the surgery, the staff kept asking if I was ok and relaxed. I left the clinic with only my temporary set but gained so much confidence with how my new smile looked, I already can’t wait to get back in for my permanent forever smile.
