Simple and easy to do right from my phone

Easy online booking after setting up the account. Glad I was able to reserve a parking spot prior to leaving town for my cruise. Much better rate than if I parked at the cruise terminal and there is a free shuttle.

Mixed reviews on access to the garage.
On 2-23-2020 I was unable to access the Commerce Parking garage. I drove around in a traffic jam for over 2 hours, between 1pm and 3pm trying to get to Gravier Street, with no success. The Police had the cross street access blocked due to the parades. I stopped and talked to several police and was told "I was out of luck". Knowing the parade routes is one thing, but knowing that access roads 1 to 2 blocks away would also be blocked off made accessing the garage impossible. I basically threw $20 out the door.
I got back to our hotel and decided to change the reservation for 2-25-2020 to the following day, but found out 48 hrs notice was required to make any changes. The phone #865-366-7014. That went to voice mail and a message was left.
So, another $20 was gone, or so I thought.
But, about 1 hour after leaving a phone message I got a call back from KAYLA, and long story short, I was refunded my $40.
There was a happy ending to a very bad experience the day prior.
Lesson learned, park many many blocks away from the parade routes, or just avoid Mardi Gras just prior to Fat Tuesday.

It was a nice facility and seemingly safe. HOWEVER, I had to deal with a lot of hemming and hawing b/c they apparently didn't have room for me. Didn't stop them from taking my money, though!! I was told that the website shouldn't have sold me space. Not. My. Problem. Fix your systems and find a manager with interpersonal skills. He was a jerk about the whole thing.

It was so easy to make a reservation. We parked there on our last cruise in January and was in and out without incident. I highly recommend this company.

Parking garage location is good for those taking a cruise ship. Rates were reasonable and booking a spot was easy. But this is where the positive comments end. We reserved the uncovered parking for seven days. When we arrived the public attendant told us to park on the top floor. The ramps were very narrow and somewhat difficult to navigate but we finally made it just to find out there was absolutely no open spots. The entire top floor was a gridlock, cars trying to get in, some waiting for spots to open and blocking the way, others including us just driving around in circles.. After waiting for 30 minutes we called the office and were told just to wait until something opened up. We complained so the guy just hung up on us. No one came up to help direct traffic or tell people what to do. We called the main office (Miami?) and they told us just to park in the covered floor in any spot available. The whole experience took over an hour. There were many frustrated and upset people.
Never again. Pay more money and park in the cruise line parking.

Tremendous service via online

The booking process was a little complicated. It took me 3 tries to get the correct date for my reservation. After that, it was pretty easy. And the rest of the story remains to be told! How easy wil it be to find a parking attendant to check in? Stay tuned!!

I called the office in Tn and a nice young lady walked me thru the procedure-unfortunately it was supposed to be from 2/23 to 3/1 with a charge of $103, but when I got my confirmation email I was charged for 1 day-2/14 to 2/15 at $19. I contacted Tn office again but got the voice mail with the promise someone would return my call-they didnt call back,So I went online again and redid the application and this time it came down correct-my reservation is affirmed and my fee was paid-my only beef is that I was overcharged $19 because of the original mistake in the first application.

Search and booking were very easy. Mapping was provided so I could ensure the location was near the cruise pier.

"Contact" info could be a bit more clearer. Is billing contact info or personal contact info?
Also once you realized contact info is billing info, fyi... when editing there is no option to edit zipcode.

My daughter had an event at the convention center. When I went to pay the kiosk wasn't working. So I called the number on the kiosk. The man instructed myself along with the others that were trying to pay to pay online. After the event when we went to our cars they had boots on them. When the guy came he told is that we should have printed the receipt. We told him the kiosk wasnt working. He then told us that we should of printed it at home. We told him we were from here and how did we know the kiosk wasn't going to be work. So now I Have scratches on my wheels from the boot after I had paid to park there!!!

Process was easy and straight forward. Had no issues and it was a good experience.

I had a little trouble with the web site but once I got the hang of it everything went well. I will be driving from Florida and would liked to have some driving directions but I can Google that. Other that the above, I have no problems.

Worst experience with these people. They tried separating us when we came back from the ship telling us we couldn’t use the stairs (which is a safety hazard not to have stairs open) Each person was incredibly rude, except the first guy who took our bags the first time heading towards the cruise. Don’t waste your money here, you’re just a dollar sign and once you’ve paid you’re nothing to them

The address for the parking lot I paid for brought us to a building that was being destructed, not a parking lot. There was not a parking lot nearby, so we then went to the lot that was listed on the page, the same name of the lot, but a different address. To make sure we were in the correct spot, I called the number on my parking receipt and the woman I spoke to ensured me I was fine. A few hours later, I got a call saying my car was towed. So I ended up having to take a Lyft to the towing place and pay $200 cash to get my car back, still unsure as to where I was supposed to park. At this time, I could not get ahold of anyone with the company over the phone. It ended up costing me way too much money and stress for something that was supposed to be so simple.
