Worst customer service experience!
Zarak is rude!
I placed an order a week ago, with no email confirmation so I phoned to ask when I can expect my order to be shouted at and told that my order wasn't received ( and that my order will not make them millionaires), and that they cannot dispatch my order. I sent them over proof of payment from AMEX and they still insist that they have no order, I have filled for a claim back with my card and will now wait 3 weeks for funds back.

Hi sam, when Customer is angry they always felt seller is rude while we only telling you the FACT that happened. As we mentioned you on call that we have never received any payment from your bank/ provider. And at the same time you have also confirmed that you never received any confirmation email or order number from our website. We expect customer to understand the GENERAL process of ordering. Once, we received payment , Customer MUST received order number/confirmation, without this even we dont have any information about you. You required to contact you bank/ provider to check what is issue. Hope you understand and accept its error from you bank/provider not from us. Have a good day.

Fast delivery and good quality products. In fact I got a sample of their packaging tape and will be using it from now on. It was cheaper and a much longer role than the ones I have been buying on Amazon for years.
Highly recommended.
