Are they actually asking for a star rating minus would have been my response but that would not let me continue. My parcel was so called delivered with some dorgy blurred photo and the size of package was no way near to what was ordered.Communication lasted for a few weeks till i asked the question how many parcels was i expected to receive to contain my order Please do not buy anything from this company, they are super scammers and have no moral obligations to rectify any issues.

As per other reviews, ordered one item, sent something else at lower price point, weeks of back and forth saying they would look into it and then nothing. Avoid this company!!!!

Total scammers. Paid for a 35.00 flight tracker, got a 5.00 digital clock. Credit Card is refunding me, don’t waste your time trying to talk to them.

Ordered a flight radar screen for about £30. Received a battery operated digital clock about the size of car key worth about £0.50. Do not be scammed by this company. They post rubbish out to you to get you to wait for it whilst they clear the money you paid.

Like others here, I ordered one product and received another. They requested a ton of information and photos, all of which I sent. They tell me that they escalated it to another level. This has been going on for months. Fortunately, the credit card company reversed the charges. Total scam!

The site is a total scam. I purchased a golf item that was just an AI image stolen from another company. They sent a product out. It was a dollar piece of junk and refused to give a refund. I had to fight my credit card company and they were able to reverse the charges. This is a total scam site

Wrong product delivered. Lots of excuses but no refund or replacement. Do not purchase from this company.

This company send you a wrong product half price and then tell you they are sorry and work to resolve the mistake and then nothing
No answer and no refund they are thieves!!

They sent the wrong item and after many weeks of stringing me along they refused to replace or refund my purchase. Eventually they gave me a refund of £1.48 for a £30 purchase stating this was their ‘company’ policy!
Now trying to reclaim my purchase through the credit card company so my advise would be to buy somewhere else!!!!

Fraudulent company do not use! They sent me the wrong product and it’s not even a good product. I will be going to my bank and getting reverse charges. I ordered a bike bag box, but just got the worst quality crap the had. Nothing even like what I ordered in the photos.

One star is generous!! This company are absolute scammers. I purchased a foot massager for £17.00 and got sent a completely different product. After approx 16 emails bank n forth I got offered 0.51p refund. What a joke!!! Please don’t purchase anything from this company ever!!! Absolute wasters and fraudsters.

UPDATE: I filed a dispute with my credit card and they reversed the charges! :)
I ordered a product....took quite a while to receive. Once I did, It was not even close to the item I ordered, they sent the wrong item. I emailed customer service, with pictures to show what was sent and my invoice as to what was ordered. took close to a month to get a response. Once I did, they asked for shipping label, pictures and other unnecessary things. I demanded a return label to return the wrong item sent and a refund because I ended up purchasing the same item from a reputable company. I have received a $1.00 refund and given tons of excuses why they can't make their mistake right! It is now 3 months and they are still making excuses! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE: AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY POST A PICTURE AND SEND SOMETHING MUCH CHEAPER AND TOTALLY DIFFERENT!

They don’t send the product you order and claim for weeks on end with countless emails they are investigating.

The worst service company I have ever dealt with. They shipped me the wrong product and after 4 months of email communication they refund me (which I not asked as I just wanted what I ordered) the refunded me $0.90 while
I paid $30) as they said the had cost delivering it. They make the mistake and let the customer pay for their errors. The worst experience ever and I will tell everyone
