I am enjoying privacy and security Folder Lock provides me. Since I purchased Folder Lock in March 2018, I have had problems with my computer multiple times and had to reinstall windows, each time requiring reinstalling the Folder Lock program. But each time the BMT Micro representative (Michelle Rossevelt) was so responsive and attentive to my problems that my problems were immediately solved with the newly provided serials and keys. She is the asset the BMT should be proud to have.

My computer crashed and I had an issue with the program taking my validation to keep the program running with Michelle’s help everything is back to normal. The emails back-and-forth were quick and helpful. Appreciate the help.

Needed to transfer Folder Lock ownership from an expiring Windows 10 computer to a newer Windows 11 computer. I tried the online help, but also asked Ms. Michelle Rossevelt of NewSoftwares staff who's helped me a couple times before in the last 3 years in this type of transaction on other computers. And she came through again. I appreciate her quick response that resolved the issue quickly.

I have been using Folderlock for years. It hides folders you don't want people seeing and secures your confidential files completely. You can't even tell the program is on your computer unless you activate it with a keystroke combination only you know. Highly recommended
I recently got a new laptop and wanted to install Folderlock with the.serial from the now discarded device. Folderlock's support staff helped me do this with friendly efficient and prompt service that addressed my needs. Very impressed with this company

Concerning their Folder Lock software. There is an annoying bug where your pinned quick folders in Windows Explorer all get wiped out if you use the protect Folders functionality. Locking/unlocking a file or folder will effectively reset your Windows Explorer settings. I begged for help, and their only response was they can't help me unless I send them a video showing them the issue. I told them I really didn't want to record a video because it would break all my quick pinned favorites again. I tried describing in great detail the issue, but they just ignored me and only want to see a video. I worked in software tech support for a decade, I never once requested to see a video, because I actually had to learn how to use the software. As a tech support person, I offered solutions, I offered workarounds, or at least asked for more details. There was ways to get logs, VMs to repeat the problem, or connect to their computer, a 1000 ways to be helpful, they didn't do any of this. I know how awful it is to work in support, so i'm usually nice to these people, but they didn't even put any effort in.

I have always found customer service prompt and helpful. I also like their software.

I recently had a technical issue. Even though I was a free trial user, the support person helped me out properly. Very good customer support and the software is useful as well. Highly recommended.

My computer was broken and was sent out to be fixed
However they kept my computer and I then had to get another one. The did not return my old one so my Folder lock was left on the computer I sent an E-mail
to the folder lock people and with in 24hrs I was back up and running

I had an issue with Folder Lock 10. Folders were not being locked for some reason or another. I contacted their customer service and were very helpful especially Michelle. She was courteous and prompt to assist me to solve the issue. Finally, as the issue was not solved, they immediately refunded the money. Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. Keep it up.

Folder Lock has been my security for files - in case my computer got stolen. I have had confidence that nobody can get to my personal / financial information. In addition, when I got a new computer, Folder Lock Support was excellent. I got quick responses from their support, and they helped me get Folder Lock transferred to my new computer. I am so thankful to have Folder Lock

I had an issue with downloading software that I repurchased as I had lost my previous copy.

The customer service responded within a day with clear instructions on how to resolve it. It worked.

And the lady followed up.

Folder Lock software itself is very reliable and I haven't discovered any software errors in all these years. This is extremely important for data protection software.

I have been using Folder Lock 7 for more than10 years and , despite I regularly try some competitor ewallets, Folder Lock is always the best for creating encrypted ewallet and making it easy to open on other PCs without the licence (very convenient when traveling). The installation of Folder Lock sometimes required customer assistance. On this, the company has always proved to be super reactive and keen to find the best solution for me.
I can only recommend Folder Lock for the performance of their products and the top assistance of their Customer Service who never let me down.

I've been using FolderLock for 7 years and overall, it's been a very solid and convenient tool for securing my data. When I switched to a new computer, I ran into some registration issues, but Michelle from customer support resolved everything quickly. Great job. I would recommend FolderLock.

I’ve been using FolderLock Lite for years but had an issue when I decided to install it on my new windows 11 computer. Michelle from Customer service initially helped me and asked me to give them a good review which I did. A Few weeks later I realized my folder was nota actually locking. I contacted Michelle numerous times and ended up purchasing a fresh copy for the windows 11 computer but again the folder wouldn't lock. One day the power went out and the computer shut down permanently locking my very important folder. My password would not work and I thought my folder was lost forever but I read to try the serial number. That worked but when I started the computer again the folder was still locked but neither the password or SN worked!. I contacted Michelle, and she either never answered, Could not understand what I was telling her or would just not answer my questions.
Luckily though I accidently pressed the power button instead of the CD tray button and was able to get into the program with the SN again. I unlocked the folder permanently and was happy I did as the next time I used the computer once again neither the password or SN worked. I later read that the program has issues with Windows 11 and Michelle never mentioned this me as a possible cause in all our emails. I mentioned this and asked for my money back but she ignored me. I am happy I was able to figure this out on my own and by sheer luck but I would highly NOT ever recommend this software!

I've changed my motherboard, and I was unable to activate my subsribtion, but Michelle helped me really fast. Thank you for the helpful support!

I have been using Fold Lock 7 since 2018. It provides me with great security on my files and best of all the customer service is out of this world. I have now had my computers crash twice since 2018 and Michelle provided me with new serial numbers and Registration Keys...What wonderful people to deal with
