Identified the vehicle on a Monday, finance in place by Wednesday, and delivered from South Wales to Surrey Friday morning, in time for closing for the Christmas holidays.

Great After-sale service
Travelled a 600 mile round trip to buy a VW Crafter from NVS based on their professional set up, response to my enquiries and previous reviews.
Oops not all was as expected and I raised a couple of things which I hoped would be better.
OK it happens, someone had missed things in preparation, after all they are only human. My review could have been so much different BUT what a response from the boss !
Director Martin, took charge with a personal ‘heartfelt apology’ then made it his mission to personally resolve the points raised which did involve additional cost to the business. His actions were certainly not expected nowadays and reassured me that honesty and high standards are certainly NVS values.
They even arranged for the vehicle to be serviced at a local garage close to my home address as the documentation following its most recent service had been mislaid and not provided during my visit to Bridgend.
Would I recommend NVS ? in a heartbeat yes.
Would I travel 600 miles round trip to buy from them again, oh yes I would.
A big thank you for restoring my faith in the existence of old fashioned values

There was great communication through the whole process , we hit a few bumps on the road with manufacturing issues etc but everything was handled brilliantly and can’t credit them enough for helping us get the deal over the line would definitely recommend these guys to anyone .
