I’m 85 and sometimes transactions over the internet are a challenge. New Zealand Honey Company has a customer service staff that is cheerful, patient, and helpful. The reason I keep calling is to change my subscription to a higher MGO or a more frequent delivery. (Really works for me!)
the discounts for loyalty to the product gave me the incentive to continue with NZ honey over the competitors!

New Zealand Honey Co is the only place I buy honey. The flavor is amazing and taste like no other. I use it daily and feel healthy & satisfied. I highly recommend this honey. It is a bit pricy but i feel the benefits are worth paying a little more
Their website is easy to navigate and learn about the different varieties of Manuka honey. Shipping was quick and the honey taste so good!

Inzwischen zum dritten Mal, habe ich hier meinen Manukahonig bestellt.
Zu einem bei Gott stolzen Preis, habe ich sofort per Mastercard bezahlt und zur Lieferung meine Adresse angegeben.
ABER - da hat dann der UPS -BOTE anders entschieden, denn der Honig wurde mir NICHT gebracht - vielleicht hatte er auch keine Lust, seinen Job zu machen. Die Lieferung wurde nicht abgegeben und obwohl UPS damit wirbt, 3 Zustellversuche zu machen, wurde mir nichts gebracht.
Nun könnte man meinen, das New Zealand Honey Co. sich kümmert, aber da kommen nur abgedrosche Plattitüden.
Dann habe ich - innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Bestellung - diese Bestellung widerrufen nach §355 BGB .
Dies wird vollkommen ignoriert und man nimmt keine Stellung dazu.
Bezahltes Geld wird auch nicht erstattet.
So etwas braucht kein Mensch und es war meine letzte Bestellung !!!
Tastes great, I use it in my espresso in the morning. Only been using about 2 weeks. Haven’t noticed the health benefits yet, I wish it was less expensive.

I ordered some premium Manuka honey from New Zealand Honey Co., and unfortunately, the jars arrived with leaky closures – the hermetic seal wasn't fully tight, so some honey had seeped out during transit. The rest of the package and the honey itself was perfectly fine otherwise, no breakage or major damage.
But this is where New Zealand Honey Co. really shines!
I reached out to their support team, and within the same day, I got a super friendly, understanding, and professional response. They apologized sincerely, asked for a couple of photos (which I sent), and without any fuss or extra questions, they promptly arranged to send a brand new replacement shipment – completely free of charge.
I've never experienced such quick, warm, and genuinely helpful customer service, whether shopping locally in Denmark or internationally. Their tone was so kind and caring throughout – you could tell they truly want their customers to be happy.
I haven't had the chance to taste the honey yet (the new package is on its way now), but based purely on this fantastic handling of the situation, I can already highly recommend New Zealand Honey Co. without hesitation!

I recently wrote a review here saying that this company was a scam...the deliverer sent me an email 4 hrs after delivery simply stating: delivered to a neighbor. no name or address...usually my neighbors(and i) are very prompt at giving each other delivered packages. This was not the case this time and I JUST received the package from 5 days ago...
