Just received my new a7iv today. Ordered on 26th August and due to bank holiday, NDD was very proactive to inform about the 2-3 days delays. Happy with the service so far. Thinking about ordering a Tamron lens again.

P.S. for some reason my location shows as India, but I live in London.

I ordered a camera from this company. There was a delay in it arriving but I did receive an email advising that there might be. I did mess them around a bit in fairness as I had to consider cancelling the order (me having a bit of bad luck rather than anything to do with the company). They were unable to cancel as the order had been processed but the customer support was very helpful and told me how to proceed once the order arrived. The responses to my questions were very quick and the camera arrived well packaged.

Good customer service. Delivery took more time but overall product came fine.

After a lot of searching i found this company ,i was look for a mirrorless camera Canon R 50.They had the best price around i asked about it being compatible for UK use and was reassured it was. Ordered and received in under 3 days. Great experience and kept up to date with delivery would have no hesitation using again.

I was looking for a high magnification Canon lens and found just the right one on the Next Day Deal website at a great price. The ordering process was very straightforward and, while the lens arrived a day late, the Customer Service team proactively flagged this delay to me.

Very poor customer service. Ordered AM for next day delivery. Got a call at 6pm stating that order may not leave due to courier having let them down. Order didn't arrive so had to order from elsewhere. I informed them that I wanted to cancel and had very argumentative discussion with customer service. When order arrived it had shipped from Hong Kong and not UK as website states. I received numerous excuses as to why they couldn't process a return. In the end I gave up and decided that I would keep the order as I had lost confidence.

Make your own mind up but be cautious !!

I've been asked again for a review on my experience, first time it was an R5 order when they was pretty scarce to get a hold of and only on pre order with my local supplier many years ago. That's when I first came across this site. This time I ordered an R1 in an attempt to upgrade my set up and years later same quick service faultless really.

I’ve used Next Day Deal before and found them to be very good. In this case there was a delivery issue but NDD did a great job chasing down the problem, keeping me informed and dealing with the courier. The customer service and communications were first class.

Canon r1 best price I could find available in U.K. delivered on the promised next day service and was safely packaged. Cannot really ask for more. Very pleased and happy to recommend to anyone who wants the latest and greatest with best prices without waiting weeks on weeks and worrying the entire time.

After first ordering my camera, DPD lost it and we were in constant communication with Sarah from Customer Support. She answered our emails very promptly and also at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. She kept me informed of what was happening and arranged for a replacement camera to be sent out to me which arrived yesterday without any issue. Sarah went above and beyond to keep me calm and reassure me as to what was happening. I have asked questions and had answers and it's been no issue or trouble at Sarah's end. Customer Support has been excellent from every point of view.

The service and value for money that next day deals offer is excellent. The delivery time is totally Amazon like and I’m surprised isn’t the default for all online shops. Fortunately I have had no issues with the items I've purchased and therefore can't comment on the after sales service. I can't think of any areas that next day deals could improve.

I am thrilled that I moved over from buying from Canon to Next Day Deal, particularly on a long deliberated purchase of the R52, as I have saved a considerable amount of money and can buy more lenses with the spare cash. The service has been faultless from start to finish, arriving next day as promised and then followed up by a really helpful chap called Daniel from Customer Service. I highly recommend this company and have no concerns in respect of any warranty issues, in 29 years of photography I have never had a fault with a Canon product, but I have no doubt that if there was an issue, Next Day Deal would repair/replace under their warranty, as if they didn’t, they would lose their credibility as a business. Fantastic service from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier *****

Got a fantastic deal on Canon R10 mirrorless camera and EF to EOS-R lens adopter.
I had to contact customer service as there was a slight hitch after I ordered the products but they sorted out straight away and products arrived as promised the next day. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
