Ik heb een regenjas bij Nextdirect.com oftewel Next gekocht. Deze regenjas kostte me €55,- wat best veel geld is voor een regenjas. Na hem een paar keer te hebben gedragen, lekt de jas als een zeef en merk ik dat het meer trainingspak materiaal is waardoor dit geen regenjas te noemen is. Ik draag de jas dus niet meer omdat hij niet waterdicht is.
Dit heb ik als klacht gemeld bij Next, waar gevraagd werd of ik mijn inloggegevens wilde geven. Anders konden ze mij niet helpen. Ik heb echt geen inloggegevens en heb al mijn gegevens en orderinformatie doorgegeven.
Uiteindelijk krijg ik te horen dat ze me bedanken voor de melding en ze hiermee in de toekomst rekening mee gaan houden. Meer niet!
Ik reageerde dat ik dat een mooie oplossing voor hen vind, maar wat is de oplossing voor mij?
Nu wordt er opnieuw gevraagd naar gegevens wat ik allemaal al doorgegeven heb. Het hele riedeltje begint weer opnieuw.
Ik heb geen goede woorden over voor deze service. Ik vind het belachelijk dat ik dit product wat niet deugdelijk is en niet voldoet niet terug kan sturen en m’n geld terug krijg.

Hold jer langt væk fra denne side, da det er en umulighed at sende varer retur - Alt for besværligt, køb heller på Zalando, eller andet, hvor du får vedlagt en returlabel i pakken, fra start af - Dette her tager alt for lang tid, så man til sidste giver op, og beholder varerne, som man kan smide direkte ud - Det er trods alt nemmere, end at sende varer retur til NEXT.

Worst online shopping experience ever. The suit I ordered for my son arrived without half the parts (jacket and bow), the shoes didn't arrive at all and they thanked me for the return (???) I didn't return anything. When I asked them to send the missing parts, they didn't send anything, they were extremely uncooperative and rude. I will never even think of ordering anything from them again.

The clothes are not bad, but the size was too big, so I had to return. Only then I realised that not only return cost is not covered, but it would cost me almost the price of the item to return it, which obviously doesn’t make sense. Never again going to buy anything there.

Right after I ordered, I checked the company reviews in case it was a scam—because honestly, their clothing just seemed too good to be true. You could really find stuff that’s priced reasonably. I ordered a button-up shirt and a chino for my husband, which came to about R800 in total. Not too bad!

Anyway, back to the reviews—there were a lot of complaints and negative feedback, which made me so nervous that the clothing might not arrive on time, or maybe not at all. But surprisingly, it actually arrived a week earlier than the estimated delivery date. Just a heads-up: the speed of delivery depends on how quickly you pay the customs fees.

The only downside is the customs tax, which was about R600 for both of my orders. And yeah, it’s expensive—but I don’t think customs fees are within the company’s control. It wouldn’t make sense to complain to them since they can’t do anything about it.

So, they’re really not as bad as the reviews make them seem. The reality is, if we choose to order from overseas brands instead of buying local, we have to deal with the consequences—mainly the high import/customs tax.

That said, the quality of the clothing is genuinely great. The materials are solid. I’ve bought chinos from Shein and from this brand, and this brand’s quality is definitely better. The chinos have a bit of stretch and a thicker fabric, but the price was about the same. I’d definitely shop here again.

If you have to return an item then you are responsible for shipping costs to the UK from Canada. In order to get it returned on time for a full refund I had to pay 60 dollars!!!!
Never again!!!

Colis perdu, message automatique qui demande de patienter 3 jours mais 3 jours après, même message....finalement la proposition est qu'ils demandent un retour du colis et je dois attendre qu'ils le reçoivent pour être rembourser !!! La blague!

Man skal selv betale hvis man skal returnere. Havde jeg vidst dette, havde jeg aldrig bestilt. Og så tager det varene meget lang tid om at ankomme. Og størrelserne er helt ude i skoven.

The worst customer service and company ever!!! Nobody speaks English and constantly sending wrong or faulty items.

DPD gecontacteerd, die zeiden je moet met next contact hebben, een paar keer gedaan en altijd een antwoord waar je niets aan hebt gekregen!
Slechte service als er iets misloopt!!

I have just placed an order and I've received an email that it is going to be dlivered after 12 days after this point it would be moot. Upon contacting the customer service chat I have been told that the order cannot be cancelled even though it had been placed a few seconds before. I was told that I had to wait for it to be delivered and then send it back at my cost if I didn't want it. How is Next scamming customers now? I've told them to please cancel my oder, issue a full refund and do not send it to me as I do not need it and do not want to be out of pocket to return items that I will not need by then.

Verbaasd over alle negatieve reacties. Ik bestel hier al toen het alleen een UK shop was. Snelle bezorging en redelijke prijzen en maat klopt eigenlijk altijd. Nooit problemen gehad met ruilen.

Forfærdelig returnerings procedure, man skal selv betale for fragt til et eller andet langt ude sted i Tyskland, som nemt kan koste 100-200 kr. og adressen de sender med kan ikke engang findes på fragt selskabets hjemmeside.

Ordered with a date of delivery set, no delivery so contacted as per the tracking details.
Yes they got back to me with the normal 3 working days and did you know you can track your ordered using the following link Hello that's why I am contacting you please read the mail I sent.
Several emails later with the same link attached to say the item was damaged in transport and I would get a refund and i can go back through the process and reorder "no thank you" however I looked at the website and the item is out of stock ??? i have received several emails since standard auto mails saying you will get the refund in 3 working days another saying 7 days. I have had similar issues with this company in the past but definitely will not be using them again and will advise others to give them a swerve. Not sure of the products they may or not be good but for online ordering stay clear is my experience.

I placed an order roughly the middle of October and was given a date for delivery and nothing came so I called them and was given another date again nothing so they actually gave me my money back without even telling me my order couldn't be delivered. I gave one star because it doesn't allow for 0

It's almost a scam, the products never arrived... Refund received after 1 month, a complete joke
