Such a great company to do business with. Rob and his wife are willing to take care of you whether its a new wheel or parts to repair.

I bought a brand-new unicycle from Next Gen Mobility, and just a few days later it tumbled down the mountain and was damaged quite badly. Rob was incredibly responsive and supportive, helped me get the parts I needed, and helped me through getting it fixed up.

Since then, I’ve ordered quite a few other things from him. He’s always just a phone call or text away; his prices are very competitive, and his service is fast. He’s been genuinely great to work with, and Next Gen Mobility is now one of my go-to places for anything EUC-related.

P.S. One of the handles doesn't have thread on one side, this is kind of problem but I'm happy otherwise.

Customer support was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. And they were able to get my Lynx-S to me in Canada in spite of UPS' incompetence.

I've purchased 2 EUC's from another company and had a great experience. Next Gen Mobility was offering the Nosfet Aeon which I purchased. Rob was great at answering my emails quickly and answering all of my questions. I did have an issue with the charger which Rob took care of with lightning-fast speed. Needless to say, in this day and age... GREAT customer service sometimes lack... BUT Rob made the whole transaction seemless... AND the after sale issue was corrected super fast! Rob went above and beyond. I'd easily recommend Next Gen Mobility to friends. I know I'd use them again on another purchase!! LOVE my new Nosfet Aeon!
