Extremely poor service. I accepted a promotional offer for $0.99 USD, but I have already been charged $50 USD, and the charges keep coming. The promotion was not honored as advertised. Customer support has not responded to any of my requests, and canceling the subscription has been unnecessarily difficult.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of every charge above the agreed $0.99.

Countless email to support but no response. How can u save customers card without their knowledge and charge recurrent fees 100 times the intial payment. I keep getting debits for service i dont use. I have been asking for refund for days no respons

absolute scamm, charge me twice 18 euros for service i did not intend to buy, no support. number they provide, does not work with gmail

It has been 10 days since I was charged for the first time, and I still haven’t received any response. Even worse, my subscription has still not been cancelled.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I strongly advise against subscribing to this service.

The cancellation system should be a basic and straightforward feature, yet apparently they are unable—or unwilling—to fix it. At this point, it feels like the system is deliberately designed to make cancellation difficult so they can keep charging customers.

I will continue leaving negative reviews until I finally receive a response and my subscription is properly cancelled.

UPDATE I have yet to get a response back although they reply here lol I got my funds back and issued a stop payment from this company I put next line on the radar and have been told they are in contact with the uk police careful who you guys play with 🙂‍↔️

They refuse to reach back out support is horrible I want to unsubscribe. 4 emails and nothing. I will be contact my bank for a chargeback and a payment block.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Be Very Careful With the Subscription

My experience with NextLine has been extremely disappointing. I initially purchased a virtual number for only $0.99, but later discovered that I had been charged $29.99 for a recurring subscription that I did not want.

What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the lack of transparency around the recurring billing. I did not expect a simple $0.99 purchase to result in a $29.99 recurring charge.

Trying to resolve the issue has been equally frustrating. I wanted to cancel the subscription and receive a refund, but getting a satisfactory resolution has been difficult.

This has completely destroyed my trust in the service. Customers should never have to discover unexpected recurring charges after making what appears to be a small one-time purchase.

Very disappointed with NextLine. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to carefully check every subscription and billing term before providing payment details.

For me, this has been a terrible customer experience, and I would not willingly use this service again. (Spam)

Tried to cancel cause it wasn't working well for the .99 cents and then they charge me $19.99 and still won't let me cancel. It keeps saying my link is broken everytime I request a new link to try and cancel. They of course have no customer service phone number listed because they are a scam company. Plus their website is a .me that is weak. I'm cancelling my credit card right now.

people, be careful !!! they're scammers. it was said that phone number costed 1 euros , and then i was charged for 19.99 euros !!!! i can't even cancell monthly subscription , cuz when i click cancel, the code has to send to email, but guess? it doesn't work. i can't even cancel, they stole my 20 euros . they don't have support. copy and paste same texts !!!! i'm in great shock . cuz of this, i blocked my card and unable to use it anymore !!!!

Terrible service. The phone numbers they provide often don’t work properly and SMS messages don’t arrive, making it impossible to use them for verification. They also charge you for all kinds of things, and the terms and prices of additional services are hidden in tiny print. You can easily end up being charged a lot more than expected.

On top of that, it is extremely difficult to cancel these subscriptions once they have been activated. The whole experience feels misleading and unnecessarily complicated. I definitely would not recommend this service

BEWARE this company is PREDATORY. I used their services briefly through their website, and despite repeated attempts over the course of the last week to cancel my subscription, they have done nothing but b.s. me and stall any cancellation. Their website links to CANCEL do NOT work. They know this, and they are betting on people giving up. I have had to personally contact my bank in order to block all charges from this SCAMMY FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I enjoyed using the services and will continue to use it. I have traveled to several places I have always wanted to go and thanks to these services I was able to communicate with others.

Their scammers, they dont give refunds for mistaken buys. And their 1 dollar charge is just a thing to get your card to charge u 30 dollars the next day.

Deceptive design and hidden charges. The app's interface is intentionally designed to make users accidentally subscribe to a second, unwanted virtual number. It is clear they are aware of how misleading this flow is because they explicitly protect themselves in their refund policy, stating they will not refund: "Any unintended purchases, including acquiring a secondary virtual number." Avoid this app.

Update: Nextline replied to this review asking me to contact support. I already did that, repeatedly.

Nextline is a big scam. I purchased a number from them and can't use it on desktop or Android. When I asked support, they claimed I could use it on Android, but there is no Nextline app available on Android. I asked for a refund because I couldn't use the number at all, and they rejected it. I will report them to the BBA and open a dispute case with my bank. Do not use Nextline—they are big scammers. Shame on you

Total scammers was told it was a 0.99 dollars one month trial yet they secretly charged my account of 30 dollars and give no way to cancel your subscription on the app their customer support is useless and they deliberately make their app impossible to send any images to their support system don’t trust them
