Highly recommended
Could not have had a better experience Kiera and Julie were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, they made an otherwise stressful time that much easier. Communication was the first class and I would highly recommend using NFL.

A pleasant experience
All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. We were pleasantly surprised at how everything was dealt with extremely easily on line. The inevitable hold ups with house selling were soon dealt with in a comprehensive and professional way. We were very impressed with Nairnsey Fisher and Lewis and would not hesitate to use them again

Rude staff
We phoned in twice asking to contact the associate which handled our purchase last year (and still haven’t send us back the documents) and the staff rudely cut off our line after we stated the name. Before that we also sent out multiple emails to ask for the documents

We simply cannot recommend Nairnsey, Fisher & Lewis highly enough, Carol was the Conveyancer managing our purchase of a new Build and everything was smooth as could be. The service, communication and care was second to none with real attention to detail by Team Magna who ensured the process of our purchase from start to finish went as smoothly as possible.

Clear guidance
Clear guidance, prompt response, good value. I spent about 1.7k on legal fee with mortgage for the purchase of a new build apartment in Bracknell. The customer service was great and professional.

They never call you back
They never call you back, they are the worst. I require a form they never sent me, they said 2-6 weeks to get it to me. It’s been 2 months still not got it. I’ve called them multiple times for the past 2 weeks and they say “I’ll call you back” and never do. This is the exact experience I had when buying and selling house with them. Do not use them.
