I have ordered many suits from uk and every time I get what I see in videos, even more than expected.They have beautiful suits. Suits come nicely packed. Even once I wanted to return and the process was very easy. Quality of suits is really good. Their customer service is excellent. I trouble them on WhatsApp a lot but they are very patient . Thank you so much for opening this brand and providing us with latest suits sitting at home .

I ordered from them on 29th August 2026. It is now 08 September 2026 and I havent even got an order confirmation. When i emailed them about my order also i havent received a response. I required the outfit by the 12 September 2026. Doesnt seem like a geniune company. They havent even replied to my email to assure me if they have got my order or not but the payment has been taken from my account.

Warning to UK buyers: A dishonest company holding onto refunds
​I am writing this review to warn everyone, especially UK buyers, about this company’s unacceptable business practices. Trading Standards should be made aware of this fraudulent behavior.
​If you query a potential purchase, they respond instantly. However, the moment you request a return or a refund, they ignore you completely like you don't even exist.
​I made an online purchase and returned the item because the sizing was completely inaccurate compared to their website description. I followed their official policy, provided photo evidence, and shipped the item back via DHL. Months went by without a single update. After constantly chasing them up, I finally received an email and a WhatsApp message on August 21st claiming my refund had been issued.
​Over 15 days have now passed and no money has actually arrived. Sending fake confirmation messages is clearly just a stalling tactic to avoid processing payments. Do not buy from them, they will happily take your money and refuse to honor their return policy. I have proof of me chasing this up consistently.

i have received the same product i saw in pictures. i mean fabric is absolutely great and i love the detailings of the product.i absolutely love it 😊

I ordered from them And I have really goood experience quality of fabric and way of stitching all perfectly. Really good 👍🏻 Definitely will buy again from them but shipment takes time may bcoz i get delivered from Jaipur. But overall i loved it 🫰🫰🫶🫶.

I ordered 4 outfits from here and all looked completely different
1 of the outfits the material was completely different to what was shown
The other 3 were all the same but the colour and material was completely different to what was shown on the videos and pictures
When speaking to customer service they were no help I messaged no reply gave a few days messaged again still no reply messaged again about needing help and finally got a reply but not considering all past messages explaining the situation when asked for a refund told me that shipping is on me as its their policy even though their items wasn’t the same as they show but somehow is my fault.
Messaged talking about the situation and can see that they're online reading my messages but are choosing to ignore them.
Not helpful at all and not happy with the service.

Really disappointed with my order. It was such a lovely dress but they are selling a replica. Picture shows a really elegant and flowing dress but the one I received is like a A line. Deceitful seller for sure. Avoid if you want the original.

Poor customer service. Outfit looked completely different to the picture, the colour, style and even quality of the dress not happy, asked for a refund but ordered from UK so ik they will not refund. Also asked for return label but not communicating properly. So disappointed and wasted my money

Although the outfit is nice its not the same as the photo. The Dupatta is a completely different color to the one in the image, it is white with a little embroidery, not pink. The trousers on the bottom arent green, instead the embroidery is green and the colors are different to the ones in the photo, theyre alot brighter and neon-ish.
Packaging was very good, it was tightly wrapped and it wasn't creased and shipping was extremely quick which i was extremely pleased with!

Do not order from them. When I was placing my order they said the dresses will be delivered 2days before I needed them. They made sure over and over but when I did not receive the delivery and tried to get in touch nobody even bothered checking my messages. My special occassion got ruined because of them. I ordered from the UK and I know that I will not get a refund or anything. Waste of my time and money. Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered an kameez with a dip dye plazzo trousers, it does look like the picture, however the quality isn't great but it was £35 so ill give them that.
The stitching was terrible, even the kameez wasn't straight.
They even sent 5 beads to attach on the sleeves when I needed 10, and it should have been already attached.
When I emailed them they didn't reply.

I initially wasn’t very happy as I was waiting for an update after I ordered as the site had stipulated an earlier delivery date, upon messaging them, I was informed the outfit I ordered they did not have the material in stock due to the current issues with the war, however they gave me other options that I was happy with, there was constant communication and updates, my outfit has arrived and it’s perfect, much nicer than the original one I had picked, the price is very reasonable, Thank you NforNari for making this into a good experience, I will definitely order again.

Do NOT ORDER from this company they advertise something else abd send something else. Its not the same quality or fabric. And if you want to return anything they say its your fault and you have to pay the oversea return fee. So you are out of pocket.

Ordered a suit via Instagram feed and placed order. Payment taken smoothly and item arrived after 12 days.
Quality of suit is lot better then expected. Will definitely be ordering again
