I thought the course coverage was pretty weak and short and was not for the time stipulated when i booked it.

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience, venue was easy to find with ample parking, the facility's were good, the tutor was explaining and encouraging questions as we went along, just a slight delay getting the exam to start at the end

Good Training Quality - Venue needs attention
Training quality specifically for this course very good, though this venue requires some improvements regarding parking availability (hardly any spaces available) and the lack of wifi access, not for personal use but undertaking the on line exam. Candidates had to use their personal phones hotspot to tether the supplied laptop to carry out exam.

Course rushed by tutor
Course was rushed by the tutor and no confirmation of understandings with students or highlighting of key points.
Course time was wasted with early finishes every day 3pm and 12.30
paid over 1K for the course out of my own pocket feel ripped off.
Normal do really well in exams but scrapped through and feel lucky with a pass.

Solar PV
Attended the Solar PV Systems course at the Holiday Inn Gatwick. The facilities were very good with plenty of free parking. Our tutor Lee was friendly, very thorough and delivered a very good quality course.

Left without a tutor after lunch
Left without a tutor after lunch. He just disappeared and left us to it. Very disappointed with the way it was taught and the content.

Bob and Richard were fantastic. Center is very well equipped. Lunch was provided in the form of a roll and crisps. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Was well worth the journey up to do my ACS here.
