No instructions supplied with the frame. It was bought as a birthday present and couldn't build it due to lack of instructions. Contacted the firm who apologised and said they would get the instructions sent but wouldnt supply someone to build it. These still didn't arrive a week later. Contacted the firm again. Still refused to send someone out. But emailed instructions for a Climbing frame 'simlar' to the one I bought. Just very unhelpful and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.

Took my money when they knew going into liquidation. No morals here, awful people. Won't respond , they shut down emails, Facebook and phone. Disgusting behaviour

I bought a climbing frame that was freestanding. As my garden is quite uneven the fitters has no problem whatsoever cementing it in for me. The grandkids love it.

Good quality product, but shipping was delayed and we were not made aware of this until I chased the company. However, they were quick to respond and offered their apologies.

Pizza oven arrived with a damaged door. Without hesitation a new door was sent, no questions asked.

The quality of the climbing frame is amazing for the price, we have had it two years, played with every day. All of our kids friends are obsessed with the climbing frame, they spend hours playing on it and using their imaginations.

We live by the sea, yet the wind/rain/storms have had no effect on it. Even in the worst storms and gales, it doesn't budge. We do take care of the set, we take down the swings if there are huge gales (takes seconds to do) and we treat it each year. It's a lovely pale wood so you can treat/stain it any colour to suit your house/windows.

Have also recommended to family and friends, who have gone on to buy from the company and are very happy with their products.
