Ordered and paid 2 pair of black adidas shoes in February 2020. In the beginning I received responds from their customer service but after several attempts no more communication from their part. They kept stalling telling me to wait till I lost my refund possibilty with my creditcard supplier. To me it feels like one big scam and smart and easy way to take peoples money!!

Delivery was super fast and the gift wrapping was really nice beyond my expectations, but the gift message I left with the order was not included

I had a fantastic experience. Customer service was as expected. I will be returning as a customer.

Ho fatto un ordine e non ho avuto alcuna notizia ne' del tracciato ne' della data di arrivo della merce.
E' passata quasi una settimana, qualcuno può darmi delucidazioni in merito alla propria esperienza?

j'ai passé une commande le 15 avril 2020 d'une paire de basket paiement validé et débité sur mon compte bancaire je tiens à préciser que le montant débité est supérieur de quelques euros de plus au montant de ma commande
je n'ai jamais eu de retour de confirmation de ma commande, j'envoi des messages au site "Customer Service" avec justificatif de paiement réponse du site Hello, your payment is failed.
Puis-je avoir confirmation avec des informations claires et officielles que ma commande est effective et que je la recevrait?? Ou dois-je continuer à croire que cela est une arnaque et à harceler le monde afin d'avoir une réponse.
Sans réponse de votre part je pense faire jouer mon droit de rétractation."

I'm not sure if correct company but I recently ordered some items from company called shortstore.xyz. In their about us portion, they give info about Madison Island. I have received no further communication from them and beginning to think I was scammed. If it is a scam, you should be aware they are using your company on their site.

I was very specific about ordering a size 8 shoes, but still got size 9.

J'ai passé une commande sur le site chacuncherchesonane.fr le 4/02/20 aux alentours de 13h (à ce même nom et adresse mail) et par la suite, me suis inscrite sur ce même site. Un mail m'a été envoyé de votre part avec, pour toute demande, une adresse mail. J'envoie depuis deux jours des mails afin d'avoir des informations et personne ne me répond.
Suite à ma commande d'un montant initial de 64.90 pour une paire de Nike Pegasus 34 shield pointure 42 (numéro de lot 13831), je n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation de commande ni de numéro de suivi. De plus, un prélèvement de 66.45 euros puis un autre de 2.23 euros m'ont été débité le 5/02, ce qui ne correspond même pas au prix prévu (frais de ports gratuits en toute logique).

ho fatto un acquisto dal giorno 16 dicembre, non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta in merito, nè un email per sapere che fine ha fatto il mio ordine fatto a nome di mia sorella ma con il mio numero di telefono nonchè la mia email.
Aspetterò altri due o tre giorni, poi saro costretto a presentare regolare denuncia per truffa .

Anche io ho fatto un ordine e non ho ricevuto nessuna mail di conferma, chiedo a chi è successa la stessa cosa se poi hanno ricevuto quanto richiesto.

Great service... in the end, but it to took long to inform me that some items on my order were out of stock, which delayed the entire shipment. But very friendly staff

They used to have some issues with shipping, but after now working harder with reaching out when ever there is a problem - I either get my item, or get information :) so A huge improvement. Pretty much a "Madision Junkie" when it comes to their stuff

Love the range of products, wish that the cost of delivery to my location in the UK was a little cheaper
