Nicola was great at trying to make it work when my letters didn’t match up. I was super happy with everything. Thanks so much

Purchased a personalised Scrabble Picture for our wedding anniversary. Picture was exactly as described and it was a pleasure working with Nicky in creating the design. Nicky produced the picture and it was delivered quickly and really well packaged. Nicky’s communication was fantastic and she kept me updated throughout the process from ordering to delivery. So impressed and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you xx

What a fabulous company. Excellent communication, really going above and beyond to crest the perfect personalised gift.
Highly recommend

Nicola was fantastic to deal with from the very first minute I placed the order. Communication was great and she was pleased to add additional photos on my later request. Having received the framed photos which were extremely well packaged I am very happy, as is my son who I was gifting it to. I would definitely use Nicola again.

2 absolutely beautiful pebble frames, made with such care & attention. It was an extremely quick turn around from order to receipt of frames as well.

Ordered a picture collage for my friends 50th, Nicola responded so quickly that she’d received my photos (very easy to send via WhatsApp) & would send me a sample before going to print, next day this happened!! I asked her to swap a picture, even tho she did say once it was done no changes allowed, but she was extremely accommodating & changed it & sent the next day!! I am so so pleased with my picture collage frame it looks fantastic & so impressed with the speed of getting it done & sent - highly recommend Nicola - can’t thank you enough for yr patience & being so accommodating (I’ll be back & promise no changes next time!!😉) Lisa (110% very happy customer) 🤩

Easy to order. Fast delivery and wonderful product , my daughter loved it

Goes above and beyond to ensure her customers get the personal gift they have ordered. So much care goes into the preparation of each individual frame she creates.

Nicola Jane Creates provides an excellent 100 % friendly and unique service, and takes pride in creating beautiful bespoke gifts.
Each frame is designed with attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for Nicky she always goes that extra mile for her customers, you won't be disappointed with your order or your beautiful creation.

I used Nicola a while back and she created such a lovey personalised gift for my partner. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and extremely professional, she shown me preview of the order before sending and the gift arrived on time.
Not only did Nicola go above and beyond for me but she helped me out not once but twice for a charity event for my niece but gifting vouchers, and I know the people who used those vouchers were highly impressed- this just goes to show what a lovely lady she is, how she is more than willing to go above and beyond for others and is also why I would recommend her to others.

Beware - very unprofessional!
Nicola advertises delivery times that are not achievable for her. When contacted, she was very defensive and unpleasant with an entitled attitude. Instead of resolving my issue, she waited a week then cancelled my order. Not worth your time.

Quick service and kept up to date on the delivery from beginning to end. Upon delivery the frames were packaged perfectly. Nicola was really helpful and gave great advice on the photos submitted for framing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication, rectified quality issue with my original photo and made a text amendment for me after I spotted a mistake.

Nicola was great at putting together exactly what I wanted and re adjusted it a few times until it was exactly right. Lovely product and the other parents and the teachers love them

Absolutely delighted with my order from Nicola Jane Creates! The framed collage she made for my best friend is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully put together and full of personal touches. It arrived today, carefully packaged and even included a lovely free gift, which was such a kind surprise. Nicola has been so lovely throughout the process, with great communication from start to finish. You can really tell she puts her heart into her work. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be ordering again!
