Great quality item!

Extremely poor response to my request for a refund/replacement item. A positioning frame is shown around the face of the animal which is clearly visible on the printed item. I have asked for a replacement, and keep being asked for photographic proof, which has already been provided twice.

Ignored correspondence and gift came wrong. Have asked to rectify and they have still ignored. Had to order from another company which has been amazing

I ordered some custom photo pj bottoms and love them. The photo is brilliant quality and so are the pjs very happy.

Avoid!!
Ordered a personalised Christmas jumper.
The material is terrible and cheap!!!
Then to cap it all they sent the wrong size!
2 weeks worth of promises to send out the right size and now getting ignored.
Have instructed my card company to try get my money back.

Wrong item sent. Have chased and was told they would resend. Didn't get a tracking confirmation so chased again to be told to resubmit picsas these had been lost. Chased again for confirmation this has been sent.
... still waiting.

I still haven't received my package, have emailed customer service twice with no response.

Really pleased with the easy process, fairly quick shipping and the photo quality on the shirt. My issue is the price point with the quality of the shirt material. It’s shocking. There’s other brands I’ve used before who do the same product for £12-15. I thought spending the best part of £50 would mean a quality shirt. The cost price for the actual shirt can’t be more than £2/3. I’m actually so scared to wash it. Disappointing!
