I. Would highly recommend this course to anyone. I started with no computer knowledge at all, and learnt so much. I’ve completed level 1 and 2 ICDL and thoroughly enjoyed it. Out Teacher Richard was extremely knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the course. I feel that I’ve gained a very valuable qualification to enable me to change career direction. Which I’m so grateful to The teacher and everyone involved in making this course available to me .

The course was delivered well by our instructor Tony, and full of interesting content.

Tony was a great trainer. Instead of just looking at the screen we were involved in group discussions from the start making sure the training was informative and interactive! I would definitely recommend this training!

I've had ICDL level 1 and 2 with Richard in the last 2 months. He is very knowledgable, helpful and explained everything well. It was the best IT learning experience I have ever had, definitelly I learnt a lot. Also everyone in the office was helpful and supportive, answered every of my questions, sent course materials strait away. Thank you guys, I really appreciate your support! 🙂

The whole process was really straightforward from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, and the service was quick and efficient. Delivery was on time and exactly as expected. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually does what it says it will. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful throughout the both courses. Nothing was too much bother and both tutors were extremely good.

Tutor (Tony Perks) was excellent and made the course enjoyable, breaking down the jargon into plain English.

The training provider delivered the course on line with a good cadence. The pace was not to fast or slow, he interjected with real life past experience which really helped to bring the content to life and engaging .

I made contact and received a prompt reply. I was given advice on courses and received a quote for ReAct Plus funding. I applied for a Level 1 ICDL through another funding source. I passed my corse today and i feel great and looking forward to further funding and training with NILC. My journey so far has been supported by the NILC team and i know i made the correct choice for my training journey. I attended the course throgh zoom with others and a Tutor. I was worried about software i needed but i connected remotely to their computers. It was marvelous and could not recommend NILC enough. Thanks. Keep up the good work!

This was a great course. The instructor Richard gave lots of support, encouragement and knowledge. Learnt so much . I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to get beginners to intermediate knowledge of IT. Highly Recommended would have given 10 stars . Looking forward to doing Level 2 .

Very coordinated with the structure and helping people to achieve their goals

I did the two day Scrum Master course with NILC. The course leader was really experienced and knowledgeable and managed to apply all the principles to real-life scenarios, to help improve our understanding of real-world application of Scrum. It was a well run course that I’d
highly recommend.

The instructor brought a lot of experience and knowledge to the class. Well paced and lots of opportunities to discuss concepts with others in the course.
