I purchased a light bar
I purchased a light bar, looked at the reciept and they snucked in a $1.56 charge for easy returns that I did not ask for. Apparently you have to opt out of it. I don’t deal with sneaky untrustworthy online stores so I canceled the transaction immediately. 24 hours later they responded and said it was to late, that it had shipped already. They have already charged my credit card. A days later the tracking information still only says shipping label created. Who knows it is from some one off shipping CO I have never heard of, and I’m in the shipping business. And they use some one off Chinese tracking company to track the package. Customer Service really sucks, they have some robot answering the phone, nobody answers text messages or emails for an extended time, and the emails or answered by some AI robot.So end result, I never received the package and they charged me. I disputed it through my credit card company and got my money back.
