Update: The company has blocked me from messaging them on Facebook and Instagram…. Hasn’t responded to my emails. Now they have removed all the negative comments that everyone has placed on Facebook and blocked me from commenting on their posts. They took my money and won’t give me refund for their broken cheap product. Avoid at all cost.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I am not satisfied with the product. I have been trying to return it for a week. No response. I guess I will dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Stay away!!

Zero response from company after reaching out 4 times. Slow delivery and sent wrong color!

I purchased a wallet as a Christmas gift in 2021. After only 2 weeks of use the wallet broke. I have emailed at least 5 times with no response.
This company seems to get your money and then never speak with you again.
Absolutely no phone number that I can find and no response for support.
Don’t risk buying anything from them

Slowest delivery ever!!! I’ve been waiting for weeks.

De holder intet af hvad de lover. For lang fragt ventetid. ikke nogen fair pris på produkt, måske fair til den kvalitet man får da den er dårlig. Ved slet ikke hvad jeg skal sige til min oplevelse andet end hold dig fra at købe. Håber du læser anmeldelserne inden du køber. Det eneste der var nemt var måde jeg betalte på via min dankort app hvor den hurtigt og nemt hentet alle mine oplysninger.

I have written no less than five emails in 25 days to NIMALIST. They fail to respond to every email. I've contacted AMEX and they were told that I never contacted them. I sent AMEX copies of each email, and now they have a new excuse. I'm mad at NIMALIST and furious with AMEX. How can they not advocate for their customers who are being ripped off?

Bought a wallet and after only a few months, it came apart. Several emails requesting an exchange went unanswered. The wallet is cheap crap.

I ordered a wallet and it took two weeks to arrive. It came from china according to the tracking location. Also i emailed them to get a refund and they havent emailed back. This was 3 weeks ago when there site says they return emails within 3 days.
Stay away from this site it is a scam. Cheap Chinese products with massive upcharges.

Ordered a wallet for them to tell me that it was delivered before they shipped it.

I ordered that wallets and they don't answer.

I ordred two wallets and quality was abysmal. I tried to get in touch with them to get my money back, but they don't answer.

The matter is now in the hands of the consumer protection agency that can also not get a hold of them.....

Please do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from them.

I purchased a wallet and request an Airtag. when the rep contacted me and said that it had to be purchase separately, i requested a return authorization. Since then, almost 3 weeks, they have not responded. I am contacting my credit card and having them go after this company. Worst CS i have ever dealt with!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered my product that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and nothing. They won't even return my emails or refund my money. RIPOFF!!! BAD BUSINESS!! #KARMA

They don’t answer their phones. They don’t reply to emails. Tried to cancel an order 15 minutes after it was placed. Buyers remorse for me. Tried calling the number provided, no answer. Sent two emails to cancel, no reply.
I’ll have to dispute the charge and send the wallet back as soon as I get it. With their service reputation, that may not even happen.
If “Zero” was a choice for their rating, that’s what they deserve.

After four mails I sent to cancel the order, there wasn’t just one time they answer back. The only mail I got: your order is shipment.
I can’t believe that there are just so incredibly webshops!! I was shamed by myself that I ordered something at NIMALIST.

I wish I checked this site earlier. I ordered a limited edition air tag wallet in Orange Poppy. Three weeks later, I received an air tag wallet but in saddle brown. I’ve sent 5 emails and 2 messages via Facebook. After 3 weeks, I still have yet to get a reply. I feel like I was duped.

Con artists. I read this after ordering- I emailed same day to cancel. They ignored email. Product that comes through is poor quality and maybe PU leather at best but looks and smells manmade.

Bad bad! Stay away from Nimalist. Bought a Air Tag wallet. No Air tag. Cheap material. Hope this firm really have to pay back one day.

The wallet I received is no way similar to the one advertised on their website. The wallet on their site looked elegant, the one I got looked and felt cheap. I feel I got duped. I agree with other reviewers that they don't even deserve a one-star rating.

I ordered a wallet from this site March 29th and I've yet to receive the items and right now it's April 15th and nothing yet and no phone number for any customer service don't buy this crap they selling get it from somewhere else.
