I worked with NimClinic to get my hair transplant and from the first time I contacted the clinic I was surprised how responsive and supporting everyone was, despite significant time difference. I received clear responses regarding expectations, directions at the airport, and overall logistics of the trip was excellent. The procedure itself was performed very professionally with great care regarding my comfort and well-being. I cannot express how impressive the skills of professionals working with me were, not only people performing the surgery, but everyone from the supporting staff also. Special thanks to Kaan, who was my not just my translator, but the best guide walking me through the days, offering help with every item, no matter how small, and replying to the same questions from me multiple times. 5 star serice - the guys at NIM Clinic did a great job, I am over the moon. From the pick ups being on time, whatsapp convos, constant checking up on me and the nurses, Drs, and staff all doing a great job. This was my second hair transplant (first one in Barcelona) with the inventor of the tools they use, and NIM clinic was the best service by far. Highly reccomend them.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het hele proces bij Nimclinic.
Het begon al vanaf de eerste contacten via WhatsApp, waarin er vlot geantwoord werd en er een heel aangenaam contact werd onderhouden. Als je vragen had, kon je deze hier steeds stellen en kreeg je snel een professioneel antwoord.

Alles was ook tot in de puntjes geregeld. Het luchthavenvervoer was zeker in orde, het hotel waarin ik verbleef was ook goed, het vervoer van en naar het ziekenhuis was steeds op tijd.

De behandeling is ook goed verlopen. Dankzij de vertaler blijf je als patiënt goed op de hoogte van hetgeen er allemaal gaat gebeuren. De ingreep heeft in totaal 8u geduurd. In de voormiddag worden de haartjes uit je hoofd gehaald en in de namiddag worden ze er terug ingezet.

Dokter Kaan was ook zeer professioneel en heeft de operatie zeer goed uitgevoerd.

Aangezien ik nog maar een week ver ben, zie ik nog niet echt wat het resultaat is. Maar ik hoop hier binnenkort wat vooruitgang in te zien.

Ich hatte vor kurzem meine Behandlung auf der Vorderseite meines Kopfes und es verlief alles soweit ganz gut. Ich werde in ein paar Monaten nochmal ein Feedback geben. Die Schwestern waren freundlich und haben einen tollen Job gemacht. Ebenso der Übersetzer, der immer vor Ort war, war sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und Zweifel und/oder Unsicherheiten aus dem Weg geräumt.

I had my hair transplant at DHI on January 26, 2026, and overall I have been very happy with the entire experience.

From the initial consultation to the procedure itself and the follow-up afterwards, I felt that everything was handled professionally and with great care. On the day of my procedure, I was the only patient being treated, which made the experience feel very personal. I really felt that the team took their time and gave both me and the family members who accompanied me a lot of attention and care throughout the day.

I would also especially like to mention Kaan, the interpreter, who was incredibly kind, calm and pleasant to be around. He had a very reassuring presence and helped make the whole experience feel much more comfortable, especially during the parts of the day where I was naturally a little nervous or had questions.

The procedure itself was very well organised, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the natural approach to designing the hairline. The staff made a long procedure feel as comfortable as possible and were always attentive to how I was feeling.

What I have appreciated just as much is the follow-up afterwards. I have stayed in close contact with the clinic and have regularly sent them progress photos and updates. Whenever I have had questions, concerns or simply wanted their opinion on how things were developing, they have always responded kindly and taken my concerns seriously. That ongoing communication has been very reassuring, especially because a hair transplant is a long process where the results develop gradually over many months.

I am now just over seven months into the process and very pleased with how things are progressing so far. Overall, I have had a very positive experience and have felt well looked after before, during and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant and looking for a professional, attentive and reassuring experience.

Der Wachstumsprozess ist noch nicht zu 100% abgeschlossen, aber es ist jetzt schon ein tolles Resultat. Es lief alles gut organisiert und wie beschrieben und angekündigt ab. Das Team vor Ort ist Klasse und auch die Nachbetreuung ist top.
Ich habe mich jederzeit gut beraten und betreut gefühlt.

I was really amazed by the results after 9 months. The density is excellent, and my hairline looks so natural that no one can believe I've had a hair transplant. I highly recommend NimClinic and give them 5 out of 5 stars. Their post-surgery support is also outstanding.

Everything went smoothly, and the results look very good so far. The staff provided excellent care throughout the process, and the accommodation was comfortable and pleasant.

One suggestion for improvement would be to reconsider the antibiotic prescribed after the procedure, as it belongs to the reserve antibiotics, which are generally intended for more specific cases. Apart from that, I had a very positive experience and would recommend the clinic.

Very professional clinic that got straight to the action. They handled hotel, rides to and from clinic and airport behind the scenes and never made me worry. I had a 4200 graft DHI procedure done and am happy with it so far although I can’t speak on the results since it has been only a month since the operation so far. Their instructions pre and post op were straightforward and left no questions and they answered any concerns I had immediately during and after the op when I was back in the states. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who still has doubts!

Der Eingriff war schmerzhafter wie gedacht. Vorallem die Position zu halten. Die Kopfhaut war die ersten dreieinhalb Monate röter wie gedacht.

Die Betreung davor, vor Ort und danach war gut. Das Ergebnis - und wenn wir ehrlich sind ist es das einzige was zählt - ist besser als gedacht.

Všechno bylo absolutně perfektní a profesionální. Dokonce i přes počáteční komplikace které vznikly díky mě, si dokázali se vším poradit a dovést mou transplantaci vlasů ke zdárnému konci. Vše proběhlo jak slíbili od luxusního vyzvednutí na letišti až po odvezení zpět. Po celou dobu mi byl k dispozici velmi milí a přátelský průvodce. Teď už je to sedm měsíců od transplantace a i když jsem teprve v polovině tak mé nové vlasy jsou absolutně úžasné a jsem neuvěřitelně spokojen. Všichni mí přátelé jsou z mých vlasů šokováni protože nikdo dokonce ani já nečekal tak skvělý efekt. Asi to zní trochu divně ale nemohu se na sebe v zrcadle vynadívat. Chtěl bych vám tímto opět moc poděkovat protože jste mě udělali moc šťastným a vrátili mi mou sebedůvěru. Opravdu moc děkuji za vaše profesionální služby, přístup a neustálou podporu i teď dlouho po transplantaci.

I had an excellent experience with NimClinic from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and expertise provided.

The entire process was well organized — from airport pickup to hotel arrangements and transfers to the clinic. Everything was handled professionally, which removed a lot of stress, especially since this was my first surgery abroad.

The medical team was highly skilled. The doctor and technicians were clearly very experienced and detail-oriented. This wasn’t just about placing grafts — they paid close attention to natural hair design, including crown swirl, direction of graft placement, and proper spacing. That level of precision only comes from a very experienced team.
