Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the wing fit, front wheel installation, and finish issues with your Qantas Boeing 747. We understand how disappointing this is, especially for a model at this price.
Please contact us with your order number and a few photos or a short video showing these issues so our team can review them and help arrange an appropriate solution. Please avoid forcing the parts into place, as this could damage the model further.
We would also appreciate more details about your concern regarding the scale so we can check it carefully. Thank you for bringing these problems to our attention and giving us the opportunity to help.

Dear Ralph,
Your order arrived in the United States on September 11. Unfortunately, the parcel was selected for an import customs inspection, which has caused the delay.

Felt like I got a mini version of the real plane 🔥
Got my Qatar Airways A380 delivered today, and honestly, it was a straight-up “WOW!” moment when I opened the box. 😍✈️
The paint, build quality, attention to detail and overall finish are absolutely outstanding — everything feels premium and beautifully made. I was also genuinely impressed by the massive size of the model; it looks incredible in person!

Hi Aboubakr,
We’re sorry the gift wrapping didn’t meet your expectations. Presentation matters when you’re giving a gift, and we understand your disappointment with the paper and tape quality.
Please reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the wrapping so we can look into this and help put it right. Your feedback will also help us improve our wrapping materials and presentation.

Soweit alles in Ordnung, leider Steckplätze etwas ungenau gefertigt
