The product and the delivery timeline was up to the time but the only thing which bothered me was that you have to pay the customs fee in time otherwise your parcel will remain held. It is refunded later through a process but its a hastle and difficult process for someone new and ordering it for the first time. But overall, its fine when you get what you order.

Oplichting. Dit bedrijf verkoopt 18 boxes of teabags. Dit blijkt dus 1 doosje thee te zijn van 18 bags. Betaalde hier €58,-, terwijl ik dacht 18 doosjes te hebben gekocht. Dit zou prijstechnisch ook correct zijn. Kortom : niets kopen hier.

Ordering process was easy and straightforward. Only thing is informing on when product should be expected during or before placing order

I was a little annoyed that it was not clear to me that I needed to pay customs fees on my order on arrival in my country, but then there was an extra bottle of the product in there to make up for it that made things satisfying in the end.

Ninelife is reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The process of delivery took a couple weeks to start. But the product is good.

It took just a bit too long, the prijs is not inclusief tax, if i didn’t check my mail i would not know i have to pay tax before they deliver my order. Together it took time and extra money. All make it too expenxive

It’s a nuisance that you have to pay customs and then claim a refund.
The refund is paid quickly.
The response to emails is almost instantaneous.
But it remains a nuisance to claim and then have to send proof of payment🥴
All in all I can recommend the company but my advice to nine life would be to make this known at checkout.
“You will have to pay customs and we will refund upon proof of payment.”
