Très bonne première expérience auprès de cette boutique, les ongles que j'ai reçu étaient exactement les mêmes que sur les photos du site à l'exception qu'ils étaient bien sûr encore plus beaux en vrai ! Sasha est disponible et elle répond à toutes les questions avec gentillesse. Je ne suis pas déçue et je commanderais à nouveau à l'avenir ! Ça fait plaisir de pouvoir avoir des sets de qualité et d'en même temps soutenir l'entreprise d'une seule personne ! 🩵

Sasha is an amazing nail artist and so communicative! She made sure to let me know when my order was going to be sent out. The nails themselves feel high quality and the art on them is 10/10. Would highly recommend Nine Nails Fox (Sasha) to everyone I know!

I have no words to describe the incredibly stunning work Sasha creates. I ordered 2 custom sets based on League of Legends skins and gave her total creativity and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Packaging wise, the parcel arrived perfectly intact and everything is well protected and you feel the love and care she puts into it when you open it.

Also, and probably the most important of all, Sasha is a lovely woman. Always replied to all my messages and doubts with such kindness and made me feel excited about the whole process. She has such a lovely personality and the most important of all, she is genuine about it. Such an inspiring young woman.

If you are still considering getting sets from her, I don't know what you're waiting for honestly. Just be sure you have to be patient because the level of artistry and craft her sets have do take time. So patience, I assure you it will be tremendously worth it 💕

En terme de qualité le set est exceptionnel : les capsules sont solides, parfaitement réalisé et le design est encore plus beau en vrai. Les détails sont fins, élégants et très soignés. On voit tout de suite le professionnalisme et la passion derrière chaque création !

I love the nails so freaking much!
The artist was busy with lots of orders because of the League of Legends post and still answered every little question I had.
The package was packed with SO MUCH LOVE. Everything u need for applying the nails was in it.
I still need some sets with shorter nails so I will order again and I'm looking forward to it!

I am super happy with the nails and satisfied with the whole process of the purchase, the artist was also super kind and helpful with everything i needed to know about the nails and how to apply them. Will definitely buy again when the time arrives <3

J'ai commandé mon premier set suite à une offre "un acheté un offert" et tout a été parfait des explications (plus détaillées parce que je n'avais pas l'habitude) jusqu'à une flexibilité sur l'envoie parce que je n'étais pas en France au moment de l'envoie
toujours joignable et adorable dans les conversations et des prix vraiment abordable je recommande !

I ordered a set of nails and the owner changed the design (mainly colour) without asking me if I'm okay with it. Thankfully it was a nicer looking design but the fact stands.

In the store it's possible to buy custom designs for a higher price but after a few hours from publishing them on social media, they get... Posted on the site for the regular price (which is NOT a standard practice in the industry). There's no information anywhere before purchase that you pay more to essentially give the inspiration for the new projects that the artist will benefit from later on. There's no design to confirm before the artist makes them either.

Besides that - artist is extremely rude on social media to anyone who dares to even ASK questions or express views differing from her own, doesn't look grateful for all the appreciation we give but complains about having orders... She also has the tendency to "rant" about criticism without (conveniently) specifying what happened to provoke this reaction. I was willing to let all those small things fly if it wasn't for the fact that mere hours after simply asking about the details about custom designs, she posted the dubious tweet that said "people are so uneducated and disrespectful about handcraft and entrepreneurship, it’s SO BORING and i’m supposed to stay calm and polite 🤡". It's unprofessional, unkind and an extreme overreaction to someone simply asking a question.

Shame, since I wanted all the best for them and tried to support what I thought was a young, talented and humble woman. In all my communication with them I was trying to be gentle (since I saw how negatively the artist reacted to all criticism) and show customer's perspective without forcing my view onto her but it was only viewed as two-faced. I still wish the business all the best.

I initially didn't want to be too detailed with this review but with the response from the owner I feel pushed to be more specific.

PS. Even the owner's reply is showing a lot... My last mail (that she thumbed up) said "Ooh that's a shame. Then maybe I'll wait till someone has the same idea haha. Thanks for the reply!" but it's easier to twist my words and paint me as a hater. Sasha - I wish you health, happiness and for your business to blossom but please see another human being in your clients. I am sure you already write about me on social medias but unlike you - I don't like drama and stay away from public. Cheers.

Un travail soigné, sublime et de qualité. Derrière ces magnifiques ongles, une personne adorable avec une très bonne communication. Tout comme les ongles, le packaging est adorable, bien pensé et complet.
J'ai déjà craqué plusieurs pour ses sets, et ce n'est pas la dernière fois !

Ils sont incroyable, je les utilise de temps en temps mais ils tiennent bien et ils sont agréables à porter!
Rien à dire + ils sont arrivés vite!
