Ninodirect team was great at communication and sorting everything out for me

Except for the wait time for an agent your service was very good.
Tiah was efficient, communicated clearly, explained the process without jargon and was patient which I appreciated.

Hi , I needed help on trying to get my national insurance number I rang Nino direct and got through to a woman called Tiah ,she changed some details on my application on the phone while speaking with her and all I had to do was upload passport copy and got an email back shortly saying processed I have to wait 15 working days ,Thank you very much Tiah

The experience with the company was good, all my answers were responded and the agent help me a lot in the process.

The agent/staff was professional and courteous.Had a firm grasp of my requests and didn't waste too much time.
Though I sent an email week's back and thought probably it got lost somehow but I guess the backlog delayed the response and it came in good time.

Amazing customer service and very helpful

Telephone answered very quickly by the friendly, professional Farah. I needed a copy of my daughter's NI number as she had lost her's. I answered several questions and paid a fee to receive a paper copy and a plastic card. Very straightforward to acheive my request.

Must say I’m confused by all the good reviews. I applied for a letter with national insurance number. Uploaded the documents, paid the money and got a confirmation number saying it was on the way. As I now live in Ireland it may take more than the 15 days. 3 MONTHS later and many emails more with no replies I still have no letter! I must say I feel scammed
