This is certainly a reputable and trustworthy company. The customer service has been very nice to me and provided great support. They have even been generous in putting together good deals for me, to help with the cost of the indicators, especially with package deals and other incentives.

Delighted with the service and deal from Hannah. I had difficulty installing due to my lack of knowledge and patience but Grace connected with me and made sure everything was set up perfectly, I cannot fault this kind of customer service!

Considering the time zone difference I have always been satisfied with their responses to questions. They offer good to great deals time to time and even have some of their paid indicators as freebees when you register and during other events. You can reach out through chat if you are interested in any kind of package deal as well.

I recently purchased two additional indicators for my complex structure strategy from Ninza.co. Indicators are top notch. Yet above that, the professionalism, in response, attitude, and generally attempts to keep ninza on the right track as a company are certainly above average. however, one of their agents that goes by Ms Hannah, in particular, continuously is exemplary in her speed, attitude, knowledge and general way of treating me as a customer. Highly recommended as a company in general, yet ask for Ms Hannah for everything you would want from a company agent, before, during and after the sale. (just remember, the company doesn't work on weekends, :), I keep forgetting)

I have about 8 or 9 products from Ninza.co and by far the latest is the greatest. The RevOut Scalping system combined with the Triple Range Rover is a beast! Outside of this, the Ninza.co staff are attentive, timely and will ALWAYS go the extra mile to ensure that customers are taken care of from the sales side of the business to the indicator settings/setup side. NinzaCo is a great software addition to Ninjatrader. Their software is stable and uses minimal resources which is important as it does not cause data lag!

Ninza makes the best indicators for NinjaTrader. They are high quality with a vast array of settings. Most creators do not allow their indicators to be backtested but Ninza adds signals to make this process simple. Their customer support team is top notch. I highly recommend!

I have downloaded all of their free indicators. The NinZa Renko has been the most helpful. I also purchased 3 indicators recently which I am having troubles optimizing but I will keep tweaking them. The best part about NinZa is the customer service is on point. I had a couple small issues and they help immediately once they see your requests. You can email, live chat, or contact Hannah inside of NinZa's Discord channel which is really helpful!

Hannah was amazing with all the assistance she provided to me leading up to my purchase, answering all my questions quickly, accurately and in a friendly way.

I purchased the indicators on a Friday, planning to install them that evening. But, I had a hiccup getting them running. I had planned to spend the weekend experimenting with them but it looked like I wouldn't be able to do that. On Saturday I sent in a support request, expecting to hear back on Monday, but the amazing Hannah responded quickly ON HER DAY OFF! Hannah fixed my issue instantly and I was all set up. Hannah goes above and beyond expectations and it is so confidence inspiring knowing she is there at my back if I need help.

The indicators are excellent and provide signals for building automated strategies from them if a trader wants to go down that path. Ninza.Co provide many, many instructional resources including manuals and YouTube videos to help with this. This was a big factor in my purchase decision, this extra added support. Thus, the indicators allow a trader to grow over time. This is an extra value. I have spent thousands of $ on indicators and systems from other firms that just don't allow this and I feel very let down my them now.

Also adding value are the discounts Ninza.Co provide to existing customers on future purchases, which I am about to use!
