Nissan Main North Maintenance Service

Nissan Juke 2016

1. ac is blowing warm air after the most recent service.
2. last service i had issue with car remote and was told that they replaced the battery but seems like it didn't solve the issue and they cant do anything about it. I replaced the battery again at home at it solved it.
3. i have tyre gauge prompt in my dash lighting up. the service team thankfully checked the tyre pressure and was told not to worry and ignore the light as they cant seem to remove it. i tried pressing buttons around after using dr google and the light got cleared. you'd expect that being a nissan service centre, they would have known better and at least put in effort to resolve issues but they seem not bothered that much.
4. for the last 2 services, the simple process of resetting the "km-to-go" before the next service is due is not done so it seemed like im always over it but in reality its not. yes i know its a small thing but its recurring and shouldn't there be a checklist to follow so such small thing will be taken care of? makes me doubt if the checks that they said they're doing during services is actually done properly.
very poor quality of service and disappointing.

I have owned a 2018 Versa and a 2022…

I have owned a 2018 Versa and a 2022 Sentra. I am done with Nissan ! Forever !! I was done with them after the Versa and their horrible CVT Transmission. Supply of vehicles was very bad during COVID and my wife needed a new Car. I wanted to buy her a Corolla but couldn't find one so settled for a Sentra. Sentra has been nothing but problems many of them electrical and the dealership fights you every step of the way on fixing them. Car also had a recall for tie rods ends with no fix ! This company is unbelievable ! Done done done with Nissan !

Einen Termin für eine 120 ter… Hilfe!!!!! nicht möglich

Einen Termin für eine 120 ter Inspektion zu bekommen ist bei Nissan rund um Offenbach/Hanau eine Odysse. Erst bekommt man keinen ans Telefon, der einen Termin vergeben kann oder darf. Bei einem noch Nissan-verkaufenden Autohaus in Raum Rodgau sollte man netterweise zurückgerufen werden um einen Termin machen zu können (das war bis jetzt auch meine Fachwerkstatt), aber bis heute 14 Tage später kein Rückruf. Ein weiteres Telefonat endete damit, dass keiner dran geht.
Neuer Versuch, neues Glück in Hanau. Ebenso kein Autohaus, das Nissan Fahrzeuge fachmännisch alleine führt. Ein Anruf kam durch, auch hier man wird zurückgerufen. Oh ja, es hat auch eine Telefon-Nummer (ganz andere Nr. als die ich angerufen habe) zurückgerufen. Aber ich konnte nicht wegen eines anderen Gespräches dran. Also schnell zurückgerufen, aber auch hier keiner mehr ans Telefon gegangen.
Es ist so schlimm geworden mit dem Kundenservice, dass ich wohl meinem Nissan Navara selbst eine Inspektion unterziehen werde, auch wenn ich dafür keine Zeit habe.
Ich kann nur sagen armes Deutschland, wie unfähig sind wir geworden. Nissan kann sich aber trösten, es gibt noch viele andere Branchen, die genauso unfähig sind. Ich wünsche allen gute Erholung.

Nissan UK Customer Service - Very Poor

Nissan UK Customer Service seem to be overwhelmed. My car broke down a month ago, is covered by warranty but not heard anything for over 3 weeks. No calls or emails acknowledged, no updates, case has been 'escalated' but still no response and seems there is no one in Nissan to complain to or who cares. Very poor customer service.

Nissan Qashqai car battery dead in less than 3 years.and have…

I bought a new Nissan Qashqai and have had this car for less than 3 years. I was out shopping and when I was ready to drive home and tried to start my car the display screen told me that my key could not be found. The day before it warned me that the key battery was low so I assumed the car key battery had died. I tried multiple times to start the car whilst holding the key against the start button on the car. Although the car made one or two strange sounds it never did start and appeared to totally shut down. I then went off to find a shop where I could buy a new battery for my key fob and replaced the battery with the new one. Unfortunately when I returned to my car I found that this did not fix the problem and the car would still not respond when I tried to start it. I then phoned the local Nissan dealer to ask advise and was advised to phone the RAC, I did this and was told they were busy but would get there ASAP. 5 hours later at 10pm they turned up and the RAC guy was excellent, he immediately guest that the problem was the main car battery had died. After doing some tests his equipment confirmed that the car battery had died and needed replaced. I was very disappointed to find that my car battery had died and needed replaced after less than 3 years of use. It was also extremely annoying that the car display screen advised me that the problem was the key battery. Another annoying element of this experience was that at the time I tried to start the car I had 2 of my windows open and was unable to close them due to the fault. This meant that I had to sit in my car from 5pm until 10:40pm during a very cold night.

Nissan Nederland luistert niet naar de consument!

Ik had dit graag uit de sociale media gehouden, want zo ben ik helemaal niet.
Wij hebben een Nissan Juke uit 2022 en daar ging de accu van stuk. (kan gebeuren)
Deze werd onder garantie vervangen en wat blijkt....er werd een lagere Ampère accu teruggeplaatst. De oude stukken accu had een ampère van 640A en de terggeplaatste accu slechts 510A.
Dit is wat Nissan Nederland zei: De auto is hier mee technische in orde en deze accu wordt bij de dealer vergoed.....dossier gesloten! Dossiernummer: 01848486 voor het geval jullie even willen nagaan of het klopt wat ik hier schrijf!
Ik heb totaal niet het idee dat er geluisterd is, want natuurlijk is mijn auto technisch in orde, maar ik heb 130A minder om bv. iets op te laden, want mijn accu is nu eerder leeg. Ik heb ook niet de beslissing gehad over bv bijbetalen voor een zwaardere accu helemaal niets.
Dit is wat ik er van denk: Je koop een auto met hoog waardige producten erin, maar in de loop van de drie jaar garantie worden er producten van mindere kwaliteit capaciteit in geplaats en uiteindelijk word je gewoon opgelicht.

Nissan Leaf - Service client inexistant

Propriétaire d'une Nissan Leaf depuis 4 ans. Application Nissan Connect toujours aussi lente, voire dysfonctionnelle. Pas de programmation de la charge depuis l'application, déclenchement approximatif de la clim/chauffage. Concessionnaire Aix-en-Provence incapable depuis l'achat de régler la panne du détecteur de véhicule latéral droit par forte chaleur. Le service client (application et garage) renvoie la balle systématiquement.

Die Mobilitätsgarantie ist nur eine…

Die Mobilitätsgarantie ist nur eine Masche, Kunden in den Vertragswerkstätten zu halten. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, hat man verschiedene Ansprechpartner und keiner weiß richtig Bescheid. Jeder sagt was anderes. Ich habe heute morgen um 9 den Leihwagen angefordert und warte jetzt um 16.39 immer noch!

Ein Software Update, welches ein bekanntes Problem löst, wird berechnet obwohl das Auto regelmäßig in der Wartung war. Ist das eine Holschuld?? Wohl eher nicht.

Ok, hatten bisher 4 Nissan, der nächste wird eine andere Marke

Nissan- von allen Autobauern, der am wenigsten empfehlenswerteste!

Nissan reagiert nicht einmal auf Anwaltsbriefe! Offenbar ist es dem japanischen Autobauer völlig egal, was im Ausland passiert! Er sitzt es aus! Ich kann es nur immer wieder betonen, Finger weg von Nissan. Wenn ihr Glück habt, bekommt ihr ein langlebiges, gutes Auto, aber wer vom Werk schon offenbar Autos bekommt, in denen alte, gebrauchte oder defekte Teile eingebaut wurden, der kann sein Geld auch gleich verbrennen! Keinerlei Kulanz! Eins habe ich zumindest erreicht, von meiner Familie, Freunden und Bekannten kauft keiner mehr einen Nissan. Außerdem wird es von diesen an Freunde, Arbeitskollegen usw. ebenfalls weitergegeben.

Would not recommend Nissan to anyone…

Would not recommend Nissan to anyone considering! We purchased our pathfinder 8.5 years ago, and during this time, we have faced issues with the transmission, engine, and many more. The cumulative cost of repairs has amounted to between $20,000 and $25,000, a significant sum considering the initial purchase price of the car wasnt too far off that price when it was brand new.
To exacerbate matters further, we have been informed that an additional cost of approximately $10,000 is required for further repairs on the car (with no guarantee that it will resolve the issue). Customer service has also been extremely poor. There is a real failure on the part of the company to uphold its advertised product and service standards.

Nissan komt garantie op batterij…

Nissan komt garantie op batterij elektrische wagen niet na.

Na 7 jaar is batterij kapot, binnen de garantieperiode. Nissan wil dit niet vervangen, hoewel dit duidelijk aangegeven staat in het garantieboekje.

Seit 6 Monaten in der Werkstatt….

Haben den Nissan Leaf seit 6 Monaten in der Werkstatt, weil die Batterie zu wenig Kapazität hatte und noch Garantie hat… Nissan scheint nicht in der Lage zu sein der Werkstatt eine vernünftige Batterie zu liefern.

Réclamation Nissan

Une étoile parce-que je ne peux pas en mettre moins.
A 40000 km, alors que nous faisons régulièrement les révisions et après avoir changé les plaquettes de freins et les pneus avant, notre Qashqai a perdu de la puissance sur autoroute avec une montée brutale de température. Nous nous sommes arrêtés immédiatement sur la bande d'arrêt d'urgence puis avons été remorqués jusqu'au garage le plus proche. Le garagiste a détecté une fuite au niveau du boitier à eau (600 euros de réparation). Or en reprenant notre véhicule, le moteur toussait. Nous sommes alors allés dans un garage Nissan. Là on nous annonce que le moteur est HS soit 8600 euros de réparation, ceci pour un véhicule de 4 ans, jamais "poussé" toujours entretenu. Comment un moteur peut-il lacher en quelques minutes ? 9200 euros de frais ( 600 € + 8600€) pour une pièce défectueuse de 140 euros en plastique ? C'est inadmissible !
Je suis actuellement en procédure de réclamation auprès de Nissan et espère obtenir réparation.

Mieserabeler Teile Service

An meinem Fahrzeug ist vor 3 Monaten nach nicht einmal 5 Jahren und 27800km die Antriebswelle kaputt gegangen. Nun ist das Fahrzeug schon 7 Wochen in der Vertragswerkastatt und Kein Ende in sicht. Es wurde mir vom Händler mitgeteilt das Nissan rückgemeldet hat das die antriebswelle für mein Nissan nicht verfügbar sei und ein Lieferdatum ist auch unbekannt. Wie kann das sein bei einem vor 5 jahren vom Band gegangenen Auto? Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht von dem Teile und Reparatur Service von Nissan. Das kann man niemand empfehlen und nur davon abraten.
Ich hoffe das es da bald eine lösung gibt sonst werde ich mich wohl gezwungener maßen von dem Fahrzeug trennen müssen und die Marke wechseln.

True Nissan fan

Whoever tell me something I'm planning to love Nissan brand during the whole life not only because me myself had at least 3 Nissan cars, but also because this Japanese brand is number one according to some ratings.
It doesn't even matter which car type you prefer hatchback, crossover, sedan - whatever. If you buy something from this brand you should be convinced of the complete safety, durability and quality.

Boite cvt hs

Quashai acheté il y a 15 mois en concession. Boite a vitesse cvt hs facture s'élevant a 8 000 euros.Refus de nissan de prendre même une partie en charge. Et pourtant il s'agit bien d'un problème récurrent et reconnu par nissan. Il y a eu plusieurs rappel concernant les boîtes cvt. Vraiment de mauvaise foi. Je déconseille nissan france

Hierbij wil ik toch nog even terugkomen op mijn review van 7 april 2023 betreffende roest op de linker achterdeur.
Nissan heeft in eerste instantie nadat ze langs waren geweest de garantie claim afgewezen. Ergens in juni werd ik gebeld door Nissan Zeeuw en Zeeuw met de vraag of ik de qashqai nog een keer wilde neerzetten omdat Nissan toch nog een keer wilde langskomen. Gevraagd of het zin had aangezien Nissan de claim had afgewezen. Medewerker wist dat niet. Ik moest zelf maar kijken. Toch de auto neergezet bij Nissan Zeeuw en Zeeuw. Nissan is half juli langs geweest en pas nadat ik vorige week contact met Zeeuw en Zeeuw opnam kreeg ik een e-mail met het onderwerp “afgekeurd”. Garantie claim werd door Nissan afgewezen. Reden van het afwijzen was dat de roest van buitenaf was gekomen. Wel raar dat 2 afzonderlijke schade-experts aangeven dat het 100% van binnenuit komt. Er zat uiteraard geen onderzoeksrapport bij de e-mail, alleen de kille tekst afgekeurd. Via de e-mail naar het rapport gevraagd bij een medewerker van Nissan Zeeuw en Zeeuw. Geen reactie en maar gebeld. Vraag was doorgezet naar Nissan Nederland. Medewerker verschuilde zich achter Nissan Nederland. Die mocht ik zelf bellen werd ook gezegd. Het jammere is dat de qashqai gekocht is bij Nissan Abswouse toentertijd en dat alle service/garantie overgenomen werd door Nissan Zeeuw en Zeeuw. Nou blijkbaar niet dus. Moraal van het verhaal nogmaals, koop aub geen Nissan. Geen service en geen garantie. Uiteraard zijn we zelf bezig met de rechtsbijstand en wacht het onderzoeksrapport met smart af.
