Angry
Having waited a long time for the delivery, the not so good goods arrived - supposedly cashmere, but quite frankly , about as cashmere as my frying pan. To send the items back , I apparently need a refund form obtainable from their refund policy website with 'immediate' response. I have tried twice to get the immediate response, but to no avail. There should be an option for no stars. Have I been scammed??????

I paid extra for express delivery on a…
I paid extra for express delivery on a Thursday, 1-2 business days maximum they said. Considering they use DPD who deliver 7 days a week I didn’t expect it to arrive Tuesday the following week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Didn’t have the item in time to wear. Never again.

I’am a long standing buyer of NNC London. I have been shopping with them since it’s inception. I can truly say the clothing quality is incredible, especially with this new collection. I always get my deliveries promptly when I order online and the customer service has always been very good.
