Awful hot mattress

This company's marketing is very misleading and false.

I had never invested in a quality mattress, being a single parent funds are tight. Although we had just moved house again and i thought i was worth a decent mattress. Noa's advertising convinced me, i also needed a mattress in a box to get in the loft. I was concerned about the mattress being hot, emailed them to make sure it was definately cool, Noa reassured me. Well this is the worse mattress i have ever had, possibly ever slept on.. it heats up so much that it feels toxic.. its intense. I tried to believe this would dissapear, so i missed the return date that i asked for aswell as, that i couldnt get the mattress out of my loft. I tried to get some kind of refund, due to misleading or even malfunction of Lux mattress although Noa, did not want to investigate.
I am left with dark circles and no sleep for a year as i cant afford to replace. i wake up in the night 'Hating the mattress" avoid!!!!

For this reason, we offer a risk-free trial period, during which time our customers can enjoy using their mattress in the comfort of their own home for up to 120 nights. If for whatever reason they're not entirely happy with the mattress, it can be returned for a full refund, no questions asked.

We believe that 120 nights is ample time for our customers to decide if the mattress is suitable for them, or if they'd prefer to return it.

We're sorry that you missed your return period, but we nonetheless appreciate your review and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our product management team.

Great Product, professional service

We had such a great experience with Noa Home, their service is outstanding and the deliver was super fast. We got the sofa within a week. The quality and design of the Flow sofa is great and we loved the one one one consultation Noa Home offers. We 110% reconnected this company.

They are withholding my money

On October 21, 2023, I made a purchase of a sectional sofa from NOA Home. However, on October 23, 2023, I received a notification from them stating that the transaction had been flagged as fraudulent by their payment processor and would be canceled. They assured me that I would receive a refund within 2-7 business days. It has now been 9 business days, and I have not received my refund.

In response to the cancellation of the first order, on October 23, 2023, I decided to repurchase the sectional sofa along with four mattresses, using a different credit card, thinking that the initial cancellation may have been due to the bulk purchase. However, on October 24, 2023, I received another email informing me that the second order had also been canceled, and I was promised a refund within 2-7 business days. It is now day 7, and I still have not received my refund.

In total, NOA Home is currently withholding a total of $8,806.09 from me. CAN EVERYONE PLEASE BEG NOA TO REFUND MY MONEY?????

What a useless company

What a useless company. I ordered for a sofa, then few days after they tell me my order was gonna be cancelled if I didn't provide 2 government IDs. Why the hell would you be requesting for not 1 but 2 freaking IDs?? Are you the pathway to heaven?? I provided 1 yet they still insisted on the other ID or they'd cancel my order, they eventually cancelled it. What a mistake of a company.

UPDATE: After they cancelled my order, they stated refund was going to take 2-7 business days. It's day 8 and I have not received my refund of about $10k. Is this a SCAM company????

Good Experience in General, Slight Issue with Rug

We received a multi-item order, which included the Osaka Bed, Noa Mattress, Avery Rug and Harper Rug. All items were great, however the Avery Rug was delivered with some stains. The rug was ultimately returned and I was refunded the money.

I had previously given the Noa Soho…

I had previously given the Noa Soho Couch a good review, but after less than a year of ownership, I'm sad to say my opinion has drastically changed. The Noa Soho Couch, known for its chic design, is now tarnished by a host of issues, primarily centered around its back cushions.

One of the most glaring problems is the continuous shedding of feathers. From the very beginning, I noticed a few feathers escaping, but I had no idea how relentless and annoying this issue would become. Feathers end up all over the living room, and it's a constant battle to keep them under control. It's not only a nuisance but also a concern for the longevity of the couch's comfort and appearance.

The back cushions have sagged to the point of being uncomfortable. Despite repeated attempts to fluff and spin them, the sagging has only worsened. These cushions are now in a state of disrepair, and sitting on them for an extended period is no longer enjoyable.

The bench seat cushion and the overall aesthetics of the couch remain appealing. We do like the sleek and contemporary design still adds a touch of elegance to my living room, and the bench seat cushion continues to provide a reasonable level of comfort. The price point is decent but to compare, we had an ikea couch that lasted us a decade for less than the cost of this couch.

In summary, while the Noa Soho Couch initially impressed me with its style and design, the ongoing issues with feathers and the unfortunate degradation of the back cushions have significantly soured my experience. The couch's comfort and quality, particularly in the back cushions, leave much to be desired. It's a beautiful piece of furniture, but it falls short in terms of durability and longevity.

Our Soho sofa features down filled backrest cushions, which provide a softer support that other types of fillings such as foam. As such, they hold their shape very differently and at times can shed feathers - this is quite normal for any feather filled item, such as coats or quilts.

Noa Luxe bed is an upgrade from my…

Noa Luxe bed is an upgrade from my previous old mattress (which I forgot the brand) that is way too hard.

However I do hope there will be a much better support for my back. While Luxe bed is comfortable, but after a few weeks of sleeping on it, the foam and spring support could not do the job as much. It seems like I would need a bed topper to improve the support I need.

Returned Mattress and their customer service.

Bought 3 mattress from NOA. Unfortunately the beds in our rental home was unsuitable for the mattress. The NOA team was prompt in handling my queries. Was a bit disappointed to hear that a buyer is only entitled to 1 return refund per address. Since i bought 3 mattresses, i was entitled to only 1. However NOA extended a return at 15% fee for the 2nd mattress on a goodwill basis. That was something I appreciated. They were prompt and helpful.

Perfect experience

Noa Home are amazing!
I recently received the most beautiful hand woven Amalfi rug, I chose the sand colour It feels amazing on your feet and it’s so easy to maintain and it’s absolutely perfect in our neutral lounge.

The delivery was quick and efficient.
Leading up to delivery, I was kept informed by email to discuss the perfect delivery date & time for us.

I’m so happy with our new rug! We absolutely love Noa Home. Thank you so much. I most certainly recommend them.

My online shopping experience at NOA Home was so amazing! Their customer service is awesome and shipping was so fast and FREE🙌🏼 I absolutely love the quality of my Hudson Sectional! It’s so pretty and goes perfectly in my home. I’m in the market for a new bed and already looking at the Venice bed on their website!

Oksana bed

I ordered the Oksana bed in Cream and it’s not even close to cream. It is definitely a light grey colour. I’m so disappointed. They should have this changed on their site because now I am seeing reviews saying the same thing. I should have done more research before purchasing.

This is not a matter of colours being slightly different due to lighting in homes, this is a case of the colour being completely different from its description.

Nightmare bed experience

We found the perfect bed for our new dream home. Ordered this and it was delivered, all was well up until this point. We had made sure that we had the bed over a week before our first night in our new home. When we went to build the bed none of the "tool" were there so it was impossible to make the bed. Made contact with customer services on the 21st of July and did not get the replacement parts until the 4th August and only then after threatening to take legal action which we will still do. Having now spent two sleepless weeks on a futon in our new home excited to make the bed for a proper nights sleep. But alas not possible as the instructions are not clear in trying to make the bed got a part stuck now still do not have a bed to sleep in. Am still awaiting a customer services call. These may look great but nothing is worth the stress and challenges that we have had. In this day if there is something missing it should be able to be replaced the next day not next month. Really looking forward to a conversations with someone. Also interesting that there are no direct contact details for the CEO despite his assurance that he wants to create a customer centric business.
