Great team, great results
We have met Sam and Celine to make a plan for immediate financial future - home loan and expanding business. It was absolute jackpot to talk with Sam and Celine. All advices have been meant in our best interest and whole still ongoing process been amazing. We always got our questions answred without hesitation, they have been ready to take action when we needed it and we didnt feel any pressure whatsoever - just meaningful advices.

Great experience.
I called and had to leave a message which I didn’t think was a good start. However Celine called me back a few moments later and was very helpful over the phone.
Once I had completed the application we communicated through email. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase and as it was nearing the weekend I wanted to ensure I could complete everything before end of business on Friday. I communicated with Celine and she was very helpful and was extremely timely with her replies which made it easy to complete the required documentation.
The rates were much better than I could find else where and the whole experience was pleasant.
It was easy and quick.

Hey Babitha, Thank you for your feedback. This is a mistake made by the lender - we worked with payouts to confirm funds are to go back to you, provided proof of purchase and your proof of account for funds to go into. Unfortunately whilst we instructed for them to go to you after the additional docs Caitlin worked to retrieve to confirm your payment. The payouts officer disbursed to the vendor not to yourself by mistake under their normal protocol, forgetting that it was a reimbursement. We worked to contact the vendor to ensure they were transferred back to you ASAP and would have worked with the lender to retrieve funds to have them transferred had this not been a simple fix. I am terribly sorry again for the mistake on the lender's payouts teams side.
