I payed for a purse 8 of February. Delivery has to be in Europe. They told 3-5 working days. Today is 16 of March!!! I asked for money back, no response. Please, do not buy from that people!!!!

‼️‼️‼️My order also has not arrived and it’s been over a month. Also no reply from customer services. Be very careful ordering from this company. On FB many customers haven’t recieved their orders and no replay from customer service. It’s can be fake account. Do not buy from here.‼️‼️‼️

Just facts: Feb, 10 - sent the payment, Feb, 25 - still neither track info, nor payment refund.

Wrote me something like "because of the coronavirus our shipping times will take longer". Come on, guys, you should write this warning on your site before the customer send the payment. Cause now it's only "5-20 days of delivery" & nothing about 25 days of wating before shipping.

The money has been charged from my account and i’m trying to cancel the order but they will not refund me! Please don’t buy nothing from this website, it’s terrible !

I am very disappointed, on their website Noble Amsterdam promissed to ship next working day but I ordered bag one week ago and still no news about delivery. So I don't recomend this shop.

Terrible customer service. Feel like this site is a complete scam. Do not waste your time. First claims they can’t ship for 5-20 days, then they claim it has been shipped yet can’t provide tracking info. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and have a claim with them. Do not shop here, ever.

Edited to add I got my money back through PayPal claim. Save yourself the trouble and just do not place an order here. You will never receive your item!
