Fat shipping and well packaged. I just wish that you sold Willow Song body lotion in a larger size (you only sell the body cream which is too thick for me and more expensive...)It's annoying that I can only buy travel sizes when all of your other ranges have a large sized lotion?

Lovely product - efficient delivery

Shame that we have to incur high postage cost direct from in house sales team. I would not have incurred this if it was in stock locally.
Just noting that you use DPD who were useless. First delivery attempt said I was not in yet I was.
Second delivery attempt tried to deliver to completely the wrong address as indicated on the photo.
Third attempt hardly left me time to get to door before he was trying to drive off and obtain parcel.

Hi there. It took me three or four tries to execute my order. I wanted to order a refill of Wild Sampire and it disappeared off your website the second time I tried to add it to my bag.
I also ended up with two orders, instead of one and had to pay shipping costs since the one order was just one bottle. Thus, I ended up with two bottles of the same scent and no bottles of Wild Sampire.
I love your product and have been using it for two or three years. I believe the ordering issue was due to some glitch in your system rather than user error.
Also, in the past, you've given samples of your bath and hand liquid soaps. Now you are sending a sample of your moisterizers. I prefer the bath liquid soaps because I can try a different scent.
