I am writing this review after one full year of frustration with NoBroker’s service. I purchased their package for ₹15,900 with the clear assurance that they would actively work to sell my property. Their representative confidently told me that they would handle everything and bring genuine buyers.

But after taking the money, they did absolutely nothing.

There was no effort, no follow-up, no buyers shared, and not even a single proper update from their team. Whenever I asked for client information or buyer leads, they simply refused or ignored my requests. Their promises were completely empty, and their commitment was misleading.

A full year passed, and my property was not even attempted to be sold. It genuinely feels like I paid for a service that was never provided at all.

This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing any package from NoBroker. They take money quickly but do not deliver what they promise.

I am now demanding a full refund of my ₹15,900 for the service they failed to provide.

My experience with NoBroker has been extremely disappointing and not worth the money at all.

Had a very bad experience with no broker. Not recommending anyone.

1. Took the basic plan. And searched for few months. I was unable to find a rent house. Issues u faced location if house are fake. After taking owner number it connect to no broker and thn to owner if he picks up. Most owner never answer calls.

2. After that I took tenant plan. Expiry was on 12th march. While u was searching house near Vijaynagar and rr nagar. Relationship manager used to send house which were in Whitefield. And same issues as location is fake owner doesn’t pick up. RM as no use for me even after paying 4K. Also there was software glitch and 2 contacts were deducted without informing me. When asked about this with RM he said it was a software glitch and he would refund it which never happened. I somehow found a house and gave token advance and informed my RM on march 8. He deactivated my account from that day though my expiry was till 12th march. Just after few days owner refunded amount saying he is not ok for rental agreement and asked us to find another house. When asked my RM about this he isn’t responding at all. Gave complaint but there is no acknowledgement. Customer care is worst, they say three will give some compensation by giving add on on packers but later they dint. When asked later they saying we never did. Each time customer service asked everything from beginning and say they will contact back but it never happens. I would never recommend no broker to any from now on.

Worst ever company to deal with, Had really bad experience with the mentioned people Relationship Manger: Sourav Dhar, Field Executive: Vijay, Senior Relationship Manager: Aman Kumar Jha, they ask us to pay 12,999 As Advance on the 17th of june 2024, we informed nobroker clearly that we will be moving in on the 1st of July 2024 and now they are asking for additional 15 days rent (17th June to 30th July 2024) Due to that we rejected the property and now Nobroker does not want to give back the token Advance that we have Paid. I have also attached the Chat with the Executive, Did not get any response or reply.
