Update: AVOID
UPDATE: refund processed and order cancelled by the vendor, we are all square, but still email response times for a complaint of 3+ days is pushing the notion of good customer service --------
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - I ordered 2x face masks, advertised as available immediately on their website on July 14th, no mentioning that this was third party sourcing! I have been fobbed off and ghosted ever since. No refund possible as bank transfer. Will report to Action Fraud today!

Resposta da nodbeauty
Hello,
We are disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect the communication or resolution provided.
We are happy to provide copies of our email correspondence to Trustpilot if required, which shows we responded throughout, including a further update sent at 9:29am this morning.
Your order was placed through our website, which offers products fulfilled by carefully selected partner stores. Unfortunately, on this occasion the partner store did not meet the expected fulfilment times, and we completely understand your frustration. As soon as this became apparent, we chased the order on your behalf and worked to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We arranged a full refund on the partner store’s behalf and also added complimentary NODBEAUTY store credit as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout for security reasons and cannot be transferred directly by bank transfer.
While the partner store let us down on this occasion, we did everything we reasonably could to put the situation right. We are therefore surprised by statements suggesting you were “ghosted” or that no refund was available, as this is not consistent with the actions we took or the correspondence sent.
We genuinely apologise that your experience did not meet the standard we strive for and wish you all the very best.

Scam
Took my money and never received my parcels and all I keep getting told is someone will look into asap and then nothing. Tracking shown it had never left the warehouse yet they haven't offered a replacement or refund !!! Would give zero stars if I could....AVOID
Update: there is no reply at all from this company to my email it's lies and my tracking now is non existent as it says delivery is cancelled and it's not on its way to be delivered like they are saying and my order was placed in june not three days ago even with the four days standard delivery i should have it by now!! yet there not quick to chase it up but they can reply on here straight away and tell lies.. funny that. Just want my money back.
*** THERE IS NO EMAIL in my junk folder either because you haven't sent anything, my order was placed june it's is now 17th July so I don't know why you keep going on about your policy and 4 day delivery period -- it's well past that!! You said in your previous reply that you have resent my parcel but now it has to be investigated by royal mail ...which one is it??? From tracking it never left the warehouse as it said it was waiting for royal mail to pick up from yourselves so more lies!!
Just REFUND me and stop going round in circles

Hi Debi, we’re sorry you’re disappointed. However, we do need to correct several points in your updated review, as they do not accurately reflect the current situation. Your order was dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, in line with our advertised processing times, and you selected our standard delivery service, not express. We have also replied to your emails, including an email sent yesterday, so please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it. The “delivery cancelled” status shown by Royal Mail is not something NODBEAUTY can manually apply once a parcel has entered the courier’s network. We are actively investigating this with Royal Mail and will resolve the matter as soon as we receive their update. We remain committed to helping you and finding a resolution.
Kind regards,
The NODBEAUTY Team
