They banned me from the Discord server, not really sure why. This host by far has the worst support I've ever seen, out of the hundred I have used. It's basically nonexistent. They do not offer an SLA so if your service goes down that's what they tell you and give no updates/statements about when it may come back online. They told me the upstream provider "caused the issue" but yet also told me the manager Shirt "caused the issue but not checking his email"? How does that make sense?

There are several outages and their support team is very inactive, response times are so slow and they have a lot of technical issues that makes you to move on to another web hosting.

Good service well priced, does the job!

Better than most competitors imo, keep the good work up Nodeclusters!

I am still waiting and the support has not contacted me so far, and this is very negligent until I have been waiting for more than 15 days and the support has not contacted me until now and now you are closing the conversation without any solution to my problem and there is no technical support, the worst service I have dealt with

I've been using NodeClusters for over about a year, and it may not be perfect, but for the low prices, it is well above what I would expect, I heavily recommend Node for anyone with a low budget, have not had any issues that staff haven't been able to help with. Love them!!

I rented a VPS from NodeClusters a little over a year ago because of their promise of "unlimited bandwidth" and because the price seemed reasonable. As it turns out, "unlimited bandwidth" means all the traffic you can push at 2 Mbps. Both standard and premium plans feature "Up to 250Mbps or 1Gbps." What I understand now is that "up to..." means that theorectically, under perfect conditions, you might momentarily get a few bits through at that speed, but expect about 1% of that in actual use.
About half way through my 1-year subscription I got a short, terse email from NodeClusters with the news that "...due to a drive failure, all your data is gone." So they don't get a smiley face for robustness either. Yes my stuff was backed up but chose to cut my losses with NodeCluster and host elsewhere.

Made a ticket on 09/27/21 yet on 10/01/21 still no response regarding Web Hosting Plan SSL. Wish response time was quicker..

Excellent support, asked them if I could pay via PayPal (isn't a method on their website, currently) and after a few days they confirmed, and I paid using it. Recommend them 100%

Amazing price, and has always been super helpful. Tell you everything, and are very negotiable as well. Definitely recommend giving them a try! Definitely worth the price!

I originally had a few issues but their support was able to fix them and I have had no issues since and I really like how affordable their plans are.

I have had a VPS for a few months now and have been extremely impressed with the stability of the service and the reply time to tickets.

They don't mention that they don't help you with anything, so I just ended up wasting my money because I didn't know how to set it up.

Not a real registered business kinda shady.

I use Nodeclusters for my website hosting and for a VPS. They're affordable and easy to work with, especially with some kick-ass support! Easy recommendation for anybody needing to host a website for cheap with good service.
