Communication with Nogard was easy. They explained everything clearly and at what stage the order was at. The whole process took one year and it was worth the wait.

I left the review until receiving the completed memorial ring.
I have to say, this company have been respectful, careful, caring and professional with the care and treatment of the ashes of our baby boy. Our boy Charlie, was a 13yr old Beagle passed away and I wanted his ashes in a keepsake.
I chose nogard creations after looking online, knowing what I was after, their products looked amazing, and the finished product lives up to the standard.
I am so happy with the finished ring, black 6mm ring with 4mm channel laid with Charlie's ashes in pistachio colour.
I highly recommend and have done to everyone I know. Thank you again x

Ordered an ashes ring for my son’s 18th birthday. I was kept informed when our relatives ashes had arrived and the ring was delivered within a few weeks. My son loves his ring and he has a permanent memory of his Nan with him always. Thank you so much

Superb customer service and a wonderful product. Updated every step of the way. I was nervous sending something so precious away, but it was so worth it! I had a gerbera given to me by Jeff Goldblum set in a coaster, and it was the best thing I could have done with it. Absolutely perfect and worth the wait.

It took almost one year from ordering to receiving the finished product. This is normal with the product we ordered and to be expected, as was explained to us at the outset. Nogard Creations communicated regularly with us and ultimately delivered a superb product. The dried and set flowers were exceptional. Many thanks.

I’ve just received my tealight candle holders. I wanted keepsakes of my son’s funeral flowers and knew a candle holder would be something I could use on special dates.
Laura and Jamie were both helpful and good at informing me of the process involved.
The candle holders are something I will treasure forever.

Received my ring the other day and I loved it. I now have my OJ with me at all times, great quality, great fit.
I can even see the ashes inside, and as promised the unused ashes have been returned safely.

Nogard creations designed a framed flower keepsake from my dad's funeral. Laura did a fantastic job and listened to what I was wanting. It does take a long time from start to finish but you have to trust the process. If you want quality dried flowers then it's going to take about a year but I promise it will be worth the wait. When I collected my flowers it was a bittersweet moment for me . Picking up the funeral flowers but having a beautiful keepsake. Thankyou so much to Laura and her team for doing this for me.
