Horrible place

Horrible place, terrible service. I unfortunately bought clothes from there to a very important date: my marriage. It never arrived and they said it was my fault because I didn’t add the right address, however I checked and I wrote the right address. I will ask all my friends to disseminate how this place is HORRIBLE. The guy in the phone was just the worse client support, to add even more bad elements to this nightmare.

I'm very concerned about it as I'll have less than a week to make sure it fits and do any adjustments if needed. Ho ordinato 2 camicie di lino

Ho ordinato 2 camicie di lino, stesso modello, stessa taglia ma colore differente.
Una volta ricevuti i prodotti ho constatato che le due camicie, nonostante fossero stessa taglia e stesso modello, differivano di 3,5 cm di spalla e 5 cm di girovita.
Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto telefonarli prima di effettuare l'ordine in modo da avere info più approfondite.
Come fa un cliente a immaginarsi che le misure differiscono quando non c'è una nota nella pagina?
Ora devo fare il reso a spese mie.

AGGIORNAMENTO:
Nel corso della telefonata mi è stato spiegato che c'era una tabella delle taglie, in verità non c'era una tabella, ma una riga con indicate le misure della taglia L, da considerarsi per lo più come indicazione, non essendoci altre misure di confronto.
Inoltre verificato ciò, ho fatto notare che se cambiavo colore di riferimento nella pagina, la misura riportata in cm rimaneva la stessa.
In pratica per vedere la misura in cm aggiornata dell'altro colore, avrei dovuto fare una ricerca completamente nuova uscendo dalla pagina.
Quale cliente farebbe mai una ricerca con questa modalità?

Siamo spiacenti per quanto ha indicato, tuttavia, questa mattina le è stato spiegato che pur avendo lo stesso nome, si tratta di articoli completamente diversi per i quali sono presenti le misure in cm sulle rispettive descrizioni ma, evidentemente, non ha ben compreso.

Inoltre, ci ha anche riferito lei stesso di non aver minimamente guardato le descrizioni prima dell'acquisto ma di aver acquistato una taglia M a sentimento, perchè solitamente veste una M.

La informiamo che le taglie e le misure non sono universali per cui è sempre bene verificare le descrizioni degli articoli o contattare l'assistenza clienti non solo per reclamare, come ha fatto oggi.

Un cliente può sicuramente immaginare che una taglia scelta a sentimento può non vestire come sperato, pertanto è appunto necessario rivolgersi all'assistenza.

In ogni caso la ringraziamo per il suo feedback seppur incoerente, avendo gli articoli una descrizione dettagliata con misure specificate.

Le auguriamo una buona giornata e speriamo che la sua recensione le sia servita a risolvere il problema.

Don’t order here, total rip off!

First, I had to pay a high custom declaration fee myself since it was shipped from another country (Italy to Switzerland), no refund done by nohow. I never had this experience from other online shops before.
After returning some of the items, they charged me 1/3 of the item price as a standard return fee! This is not the standard compared to other shops and a total rip off in my opinion! I will for sure never shop there again and recommend you not to buy there as well.

Stay away - Terrible returns/ exchanges process, horrible treatment of customers

I had returned two pair of pants for exchange based on their exchange online module. Sent the pants and never got anything in return. Not the size of pants I had requested to exchange nor my refund. Upon contacting support, got a brief, we are not responsible type of apathetic response. I had been a shopper with Nohow for years and in the past never had done an exchange. What a terrible way to treat loyal customers of a micro brand. I have stopped shopping with them and advise the same.

UPDATE:
Update on my original post as Nohow further validated my original review and assessment on them in a more guilt-free way by
1. Not properly doing the due diligence to validate they knew which issue I was specifically referring to and posted a non-valid separate email that was not the reason for my post.
2. Did not try to email me directly and try to resolve, make amends or understand the issue to get the customer back on good terms.

We would like to point out that refunds and size exchange can be granted within 30 days from the order's delivery date as clearly specified in our Return&Refund section of our website. In your case, as kindly explained by our Customer Care Department, you wanted to return an items whose timeframe for return was past due.

Any online or offline store, including us, has Return Policies to accept and respect. As any store, we have the right to refuse a return if it is not compliant with our policies.

In this case, as explained, the portal does not allow us to insert a return request if the timeframe for return of the item is past due. Therefore, we could not help you in this situation unfortunately.

Please kindly note that we do not deny refunds or size exchange if the timeframe for return is still valid. In your case your request was declined by the return portal because it was not compliant with our Return&Refund policies.

gute Preise leider auf Kosten der Qualität und unterirdischem Kundenservice. Eine gekaufte Hose riss nach 4 Std tragen an vier Nähten auf. Laut Kundenservice ist das Tragen der Hose allerdings eine "Nutzung" und daher lässt sich keine Erstattung anstoßen. Kann Jedem nur wärmstens abraten

Acquistato un capo di taglia piccola. Ho rispedito a mie spese l'articolo come richiesto. Il reso è stato rifiutato in quanto il cordino dell'etichetta era staccato dal sigillo plastico. Il cordino era staccato già alla consegna tra il resto. Cosa ancora più assurda mi viene imputato di aver lavato il capo perchè secondo loro era profumato. Ho acquistato molti articoli online ed effettuato molti resi senza mai un problema. Rifiutata anche la mia richiesta di recesso .... a parte i soldi persi a mio avviso il fatto è estremamente grave

Schönes Design aber unterirdische Qualität

Generell muss man sagen, dass die Hemden zumindest gut aussehen. Allerdings ist die Qualität nicht nur schlecht sondern einfach nur unterirdisch. Für einen Preis von 70,-€ kann man durchaus einen anständigen Kragen sowie eine gewisse Materialdicke erwarten. Zudem sind bereits einzelne Fäden vorhanden.

Poor quality of product

5 months ago I bought the Asher Jacket in Black. Very bad quality - the zipper was broken after a few times of wearing the jacket. The support centre replied that: „We are sorry but your request cannot be fulfilled at this time, firstly, because your order has been received more than 30 days ago, which is the maximum time to request a return and, furthermore, it is not possible to forward claims regarding the quality of the items after that these have been used. In your case, the item has been damaged due to the usage, thus the issue is not concerning quality, as if the item was defective, the defect would have been immediately visible and it would have made the item unusable. Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed further with your claim“.

In general I like the products and style of Nohow. Even more disappointing from a customer standpoint I have to confess is that the jacket can be not used anymore after the zipper is broken and I would have expected at least a godwill, cause the jacket was only used a few times - is it a good quality product when the zipper is broken after a few times wearing?

We are so sorry to read your review. Unfortunately, as we kindly mentioned, your order was received in October 22, so more than 5 months ago.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to forward claims for quality issues after the item has been used for more than 5 months, firstly because the return time is of 30 days from the delivery and, secondly, because the item has been used and damaged due to use as the zip was perfect when you received and used the item.

Lastly, let us say that your review is partially false as we never said that this is not our problem, so we suggest you modifying the review and write the truth. Following your update, we are talking about an order placed over 5 months ago, not a couple of months. We can understand that you are disappointed, anyways, the problem is exclusively caused by the use you made of the item, and it's not a quality issue. As you can read from our email, nobody told "this is not our problem" but we explained why your request couldn't be accepted.

Anyways, we thank you for your feedback and we suggest you having a look to the shop policies before purchasing.

Muy mala calidad de ropa

Los materiales son horribles. Todo fabricado en Polyester, debería haberme informado más sobre este tejido. Me compré una chaqueta y nada más llegar ya estaba llena de bolitas. Muy mala calidad por un precio desorbitado. No vuelvo a comprar nada en Nohow.

We are so sorry if you're not happy with your purchase, anyways, you could have contacted us to request a return and a refund, but unfortunately, you preferred to leave 1 star, despite the assistance you received.

You only purchased 2 items and you took advantage of an extra 20% off, furtheremore, you had free shipping as well.

It would have been much appreciated that you commented all the services of which you took advantage, including the Customer Care team that replied to your queries, instead of leaving 1 star.

The brand is amazing

The brand is amazing, cloths are unique, comfortable smart and definitely makes you feel great about yourself. I have been using the brand from long now shopping online all the way from USA. The shipment is always on time and the shipping process is very smooth. The best part is there is always something for everyone.
