I had doubts at the beginning, given that I came across so many websites similar to Nohow, but when I took a look at the review online, I became skeptical and worried!

For Nohow's reviews that I came across, I was more confident to try them out; I have ordered 3 different pieces
- Sweatshirt
- Pullover
- Pants

I will start by describing my experience from the beginning,

Product: They are well listing their products with details such as the material, care, and even detailed description of the sizes. "I have used the model that fits the description for my reference, and the sizes fit perfectly."

Delivery & Tracking: The shipment was delivered as described on the website; in less than a week, I had the items, and they keep you updated with the shipment by email.

Quality: Amazing! Simply amazing, outstanding, and most importantly, UNIQUE!

Pricing: That is the only thing stopping me from giving them a 5/5 score, as still, I see that their products are overpriced, given that the prices are close to these high-end products.

Overall experience: I am delighted; apart from the pricing comment I have, I will still buy their products "the on-sale one" because when they put a sale on it, I wouldn't say a good deal, but I would say a fair price for the product

Commandé deux chemises en lin et un pantalon, dont les couleurs et coupes étaient superbes sur le site. Une chemise avait même une coupe différente. (Col Mao -> col standard).
Le site présente très bien d'ailleurs.
J'ai reçu trois article dont les couleurs n'avaient rien à voir. Je pense qu'ils sont parfaitement au courant au vu de l'écart de couleurs.
En effet les retours ne sont absolument pas pris en charge et sont aux frais de l'acheteur.

J'ai été remboursé dans des délais raisonnables.
Aussi, je dirais beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité, si tant est que vous recevez ce que vous commander.

Ho acquistato una camicia di lino, il prodotto è "MOSES CAMICIA DI LINO BLU NAVY"; ho notato che il lavaggio del colore era mediocre, appariva non uniforme. Purtroppo anche la vestibilità era alquanto strana, lunga di maniche e stretta di corporatura, il costo non vale il prodotto, solitamente prodotti di questo tipo sono in vendita a prezzi più modesti. La qualità del lino è imbarazzante. Prodotto restituito. Occhio che le procedure di reso non sono come le più note platform di abbigliamento, occorre pagare a vostre spese per la restituzione e il venditore comunque tratterrà le spese di spedizione iniziali non restituendole se l'importo del bene acquistato non supera un certo valore. La Nowhow è anche poco attenta, paventa che non sia stata messa al corrente del motivo della restituzione. Niente di più falso, visto che per ricevere il codice di rientro bisogna sottoscrivere alcuni campi di un form online in cui si chiede anche il motivo della restituzione. Avevo aggiunto in quelle righe che il prodotto era di qualità infima, ma chi risponde a questo recensione dice di non esserne al corrente. Probabilmente è poco attenta alla qualità dei prodotti che vende. Disquisire su problematiche al di fuori del prodotto è poco professionale e scarsamente rassicurante per chi legge. Qui si recensisce il prodotto nella sua interezza. Il giorno 08 06 2022 alle ore 22:09 nei commenti della restituzione mia scrivo: "Dalla foto presente sul sito, sembrava differente. Il colore sembra sbiadito, poco vivido. La qualità del lino sembra infima. " Tutto questo ancora figura nel mio account, resi, alla sezione Commenti, eppure cara Nowhow basta leggere.
Negare questo è proprio un chiaro sintomo d'improvvisazione e il customer care di Nowhow con le risposte che posta a TrustPilot dimostra tutto il pressappochismo del caso.
La Nowhow usa termini del tipo ci fa sorridere.., ridete pure, ma qui la "questio" è il prodotto. La Nowhow si dovrebbe chiedere del perchè del reso per prodotto infimo e non sbeffeggiare i clienti dicendo che dicono il falso. Io il falso non l'ho detto, ho detto chiaramente che restituivo un prodotto che era infimo e nessun call center o customer care si è fatto una domanda, il resto conta poco
Per me esperienza terminata.

Ordine arrivato in pochissimo tempo…imballato perfettamente…la qualità dei prodotti è ottima…il Parka è qualcosa di meraviglioso fatto veramente bene…i pantaloni di mio marito vestono benissimo e sono morbidi e comodi…siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro primo acquisto Nohow…pronti già per fare un nuovo acquisto!!!

Made a big order. I was satisfied with most of the order except that the jacket pockets seemed a little loose, but I didn't think anything of it at first. Then after a month the pocket started detaching. I called to return it being that the item was faulty, explained the issue in detail, and the agent I had on the phone accepted, though he informed me I would have to pay for the return. I sent the jacket in. However, once received, I was told they would not accept it as it was damaged (which is why I was returning it since the item was faulty) and improperly folded with the tags cut off, because their return policy didn't allow it. I informed them that european laws state I have a two year warranty to return a faulty item in any state but still they refused. Furthermore, they told me if I wanted to recover the item I would have to pay another 20€ for them to ship it back even though I had told them exactly why I was sending it back on the phone. Terrible customer service, especially for such an insignificant amount (not even 1/6th of my total order). I will not be buying from here ever again.

Edit: Nohow tried to get this taken down by having Trustpilot ask for verifying information, but I provided said info instead got it verified, and are now answering it saying I'm lying weeks later thinking I'm not paying attention anymore. Also very paradoxical for a company with 26% bad reviews to answer with "we have many good reviews so what you say is false".

Ordine arrivato per tempo, ben imballato e confezionato con cura, bracciali meravigliosi, come li volevamo noi! Compreremo a breve tante altre cose di questo brand! Grazie !! Laura e Davide di @adventuresin_love

I must admit that I was a little hesitant to purchase this leather jacket, at first, because of some negative reviews on a different site. However, I’m glad I bought the jacket because it was just as described and it arrived in less than a week(would’ve been three days but DHL delayed my delivery because of incompetent drivers). Nohow actually shipped my package in less than 24 hours. I will definitely order from them again and I highly recommend them. BTW, I purchased the black leather Blade jacket.

Ho acquistato il libro "My dream job", posso dire di essere super soddisfatto dei tempi di consegna, del packaging e della cura dell'ordine (protezione del libro ad esempio). Tra l'altro ho ricevuto anche due adesivi carini!

Ho preso un piumino colmar ad un prezzo almeno il 10% più basso che in altri siti. Arrivato in 3gg lavorativi, bene impacchetto. Perfetto quindi. Bravi

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe da Nohow.. A dir poco MERAVIGLIOSE!
Lo consiglio.
