I had some questions about the different backer choices. I was promptly directed to where I could find the information that I was looking for.

Came in the mail and the leg broke off when I set it up. Emailed for a replacement, and it arrived on time.

Good purchase. I love the size and weight of the stand. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. I think the process could be faster. The stand will work well for me in my busking. The less stuff I have to take with me the better. The price wa a little high but worth it..

There are a lot of good things about this little stand.
It’s designed for people who play inside and have plenty of floor space
It doesn’t work well outside, in cramped orchestral section, uneven flooring and if you are playing an event people bump into it and it crashes easily….I’m in nyc where people tend to not be aware of musicians equipment at parties.

I had a payment issue and the customer representative contacted me quickly and was able to get me sorted right away. He was very apologetic and helpful.

I like the idea behind the wee stand, but it doesnt do the job. Its difficult to make it stand in the right height. Both times I used it, I needed an extra person to help hold everything. It only holds one page well, if you need more pages, like most musicians do, dont use this one. After the second time using it, one of the legs just cracked.

The first wee stand that arrived was defective. We were disappointed because it was for our son, who was leaving for music camp for the summer. We emailed customer service, got a prompt response, and they shipped one (at no cost to us) to my son at Interlochen. My son has already had many opportunities to use it, and loves the sturdiness and portability.

Associate listened to my concerns and quickly arranged to ship the purchase that I had made but never received. I intend to watch their other products for possible future purchase.

My second order of the new stand design; I would have liked a discount again as the postage bumps it over £100. I’ve bought this second one for my son-in-law who will make great use of it in his classroom as the Music specialist and at solo gigs on guitar.

Updated Review: while delayed, the company did get back with me and worked with me. While initially offering my money back, they willingly replaced my product. I was told the legs come uneven, but should extend fully evenly. The second stand had two legs far shorter than the third, causing it to be two inches shorter than my first stand. However, it was at least more stable at the frame. You have to just set the legs non-symmetrically. I found that after about twenty times of assembling/disassembling this stand, the legs ‘break in’ and can be extended more evenly (though not perfectly). This stand is still far too short for a standing musician who cares about neck problems, but can function as a travel/individual practice stand.

Original review: As a professional classical musician, I was very much hoping for a stand that stood tall enough for me to see the music. I would have to be sitting for this to work, and the base of the stand does not easily allow for using less space. I struggled with setup. Even after watching several assembly videos, the legs still stood uneven and collapsed. I spent thirty minutes just getting it to work the first time, and disassembling it was a battle, because the legs were stuck. I could never use this for performances with other musicians, without holding up rehearsal and drawing a ridiculous amount of attention to myself. This overpriced stand will only be used in a practice room, and I never practice while sitting. Looking at the upcoming ‘grand’ stand, it will suffer the same fate…… it is not black and the base is far to wide to use in public performance settings. Will just stick with my less convenient portable Manhasset for performances/travel.

Idea is good. But lack of quality control. Item came with scratches all over.

I'm a professional guitarist in Austria and I had a bit time already to test the Wee Stand. I have to say the idea is really great and I could already use it and enjoy the advantages of the small size and the light weight because I had to travel and wanted to bring a music stand that fits easily in my luggage. However I notice a bit that it's still the "first" version of this brilliant idea. So the stand is sometimes not standing instantly but you have to fumble a bit around to get the legs into the same height. And also it would be nice if the space where you put the scores would fold out really flat. But I am glad I could support this invention because the normal music stand was long enough always the same concept.
I will use the stand mostly for weddings and other stuff where I have to be careful about the weight I'm carrying.

It's an excellent piece of kit.
Folds up small but stands strong when you need it.
Plus the branding is a dream.

When the media plate is lifted, it could not handle heavy objects, like a large iPad in a case or a binder full of Music. Also, the height of this is perfect for playing an instrument while seated, but the legs do not extend enough for standing.

I love my Wee Stand. Big enough for my Real Books and has great hold downs for single sheet music.

How can I say it without sounding too much biased….. wow, amazing, fantastic, one of a kind, Genius.

We are Oboe, trumpet and French horn players. And opening the stand for the first time, we couldn’t stopped smiling and laughing.
Is it real ? Can this really be so light weight and compact and still professional ?
The answer is one absolute big YESSSSSS

It quickly became the main attraction having other player coming to visit just to see this wonder.

The Wee Stand is fantastic. I bought it via kickstarter which means through weekly updates I could see how much design and quality control went into it. As a motorcyclist this stand is a game changer for me. Small light and strong. A fantastic product and great company to do business with.
