I had been experiencing problems with my internet connection for 2 days. I don't know why but representative Shawn Wood found out what the reason was and he fixed it after searching for a solution for 2 hours. I'm thankful it was fixed, thanks Nomad!

Jack Brown helped me a lot was able to figure out the problem and fixed it very quickly.

Jose Perez was polite and helpful in discussing my issues. Not everything is resolved yet.

The billing representative, Sam Martin, was polite and respectful when assisting me with yet another overcharge made to our bank account by Nomad, but I am very frustrated with the company itself and the fact that issues like this are sent over to another department for them to review with “high priority,” instead of talking to me on the phone and handling such issues right then. Having the customer wait days, weeks and/or months for a resolution and proper reimbursement is unacceptable on Nomad’s part, especially for a Premier customer.
