Purchase not received.
One star. I bought a ring online. It was supposed to be delivered to my home. Instead it was delivered to a kiosk some distance from my house and I was told to pick it up. I do not have time to do that. I wrote to No More Accessories to let them know I would not pick it up and I will expect a refund. They replied to say they would investigate. Since then I have heard nothing more from them. I still have no ring. I have no refund. First time using this company. I will not use them again. Should be no-stars, really.

Dear Katherine, I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant situation. However the courier tried to deliver the parcel two times to your house, but you weren't there, that's why the order was left at the pick-up point. My apologies, if the kiosk was quite far from your house and collecting the package was too much trouble for you. Once you informed us about the parcel being left at the kiosk instead of delivered to your house, we immediately contacted the shipping company and asked them to deliver the order one more time. Sadly, you weren't home again, so they had to leave it at the kiosk. Since you are not planning to collect your order, I have refunded you for the ring and shipping expenses. Once again, our apologies that you weren't able to collect the package.

Beautiful jewelry! Very modern and thought through. I am very satisfied. And want to thank for an exclusive, very polite and pleasant service. I am very picky and was not fully satisfied with how one earring was closing (after return it came back just perfect) and wanted to exchange one other product. There were no problems at all. Really rare and very pleasant service. Now I have exactly what I wanted and wear my earrings very often with the best purchase memories 💜
