A frankly dubious outfit
This is not a reliable company. No acknowledgement of order arrived. Later that day, I contacted them (the only contact possible is via their website) & asked what was happening as email acknowledgements are usually instant. They failed to respond. 10d later, the order arrived, without so much as a packing note. Frankly, I'm not sure I even dare use the product after that.
Nompharma's reply simply repeats denial of responsibility does not alter the facts of the matter.
Nompharma have continued to post queries questioning the legitimacy of this review, which has done absolutely nothing to improve my opinion. Do you really imagine that any poster on what amounts to social media is going to provide personal details online & not instead use an online identity? The only consequence of repeatedly drawing this review into question is to make me quite determined never to do business with you again.

Like we mentioned previously, we have carefully checked all our systems but have not been able to locate an order or any prior communication under the details available to us. So it’s possible there may have been a mix-up, that the order was placed under different information or you did not order from us.
