Ive ordered a pair of shoes for a funeral next week. At the time the delivery seemed as though they would be here at least a week before, but there is no sign of them.
Ive also had no updates since the day I ordered yhe shoes.

Additionally, Ive sent 2 emails to them and they have failed to respond to either email.
They say free delivery, bht force tou to gake out £5 insurance as a compulsory payment. Therefore, there's no free delivery.
Very poor and misleading advertising

Absolutely love my new dress,the quality is fantastic and it looks even better than I expected. You can really tell that care has gone into the design and finish.

The customer service was also excellent — friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be buying from them again.

Didn’t look exactly like picture. Want to send back . They say hassle free returns. Rubbish!! £35 wasted . Not replying to any emails .

Actually based in China. The ad a pre ticked box in the checkout . You so not see this when paying by PayPal Then get an added £4,95 "insurance ". Impossible to cancel No replies to emails TERRIBLE!!
