What the F? I took an effing personality test and was charged 39.95 to my PayPal! UNBELIEVABLE FRAUDSTERS!

Total scam artists. Like most reviewers, I paid for a useless test and they are trying to fiddle £39.95 per month for an unauthorsed subscription. Have nothing to do with these filthy scammers.

Paid £1.95 for an ADHD test, now just had a message from PayPal saying I've authorised a £39.95 payment. Would give 0 stars if I could, and am now persuing a stoppage of payment, or I'll be disputing with PayPal immediately.

SCAM & FRAUD. They charging $39.95 via PayPal and I dont even know how they get my info when im not even know them. I unlink them from PayPal subscription immediately before process. Cancel right away. Do not link anything to your PayPal.

Same as many others. I was signed up to a £39.45 subscription without my knowledge.

I paid $2 for an online test and next month they deducted from my account. They are fraud .

Har købt noget over nettet men det viser sig at det ikke er det produkt som de reklamere med , og vil derfor sende det retur men det er meget svært.
Det er meget svært da der mangler en retur seddel så det er bare så øv øv

SCAM!! Paid £1.95 for a test, nowhere did it visibly say that there was any subscription fee, this is utterley disgusting and shameful as a company. People are are struggling with money and times are particularly hard for people and these scammers are filling their boots by scamming people, had two lots of payments of £39.99 taken out now via pay pal. Go to your pay pal and cancel the payment.I will also be going to my bank to do a charge back. £80 in the space of two weeks they have taken. Diabolical. Honestly don't know how these kind of companies morally exist

I fell foul after seeing an advert yesterday on Instagram and just completing a questionnaire on Autism. Then after providing my email to see the result. They said I can view my results for £1.95, so I chose PayPal. Payment went through and I got another email saying the subscription has started a payment will be taken on 14th May for £39.95 billed every 4 weeks.
So after speaking with PayPal customer service, she kindly offered to cancel the subscription on my behalf. I then contacted the company by email and said I do not want a subscription, so please cancel it.
Their quick reply was simply a cancellation request that I had to agree to. But when I clicked the agreement button I was redirected to another totally different scenario.
So today I contacted Test Library and completed an online form requesting cancellation. A quick replay stated my account was already cancelled.
I then logged into PayPal and checked to see if my subscription was showing, but it was not.
This company is operating in a very underhanded manner and I am surprised that PayPal allowed them to open a merchant account with them. It does not say much for Instagram either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $1.95 for a test. The following month they took $39.99 out of my PayPal account under the name of NordicaLab for "Test Library 7-day Trial V2", which is a supplement company. Something I never purchased. One month later the same thing happened. Apparently they had added a subscription to my PayPal. When I tried to get my money back from PayPal they declined. Fraudulent company.

Das aller Letzte. Verkaufen was für 39,95 und wenn man dann auf Paypal schaut sind es 109,95€ und dann schreiben die noch frech. Wir verstehen , dass sie das jetzt irritiert, aber... blblbla. Völlriger Betrug. Ändern die Internetseite nach dem Kauf, dass man garnicht mehr an die ran kommt. Auf einmal ist auch kein Impressum mehr da. Abzocke pur!!!!!!!

Absolutely avoid this fraudulent company at all costs. They ask for £1.95 for results and then proceed to try and take further payments of £39.95 within days. SCAMMERS!!!

Obviously fraudelent intentions from Nordicalab.
For 1,95€ onetime order they schedule unnoticed automatic payment 39,95€ with Paypal after 7-days which was not explicilty confirmed.

Durch die Einnahme fühlte ich mich schlapp, in einer Tour Durchfall. Eine Packung davon angebrochen der Rest unangebrochen und wollen mich mit 40% Rückerstattung abspeisen.

This company have taken £39. via PayPal ? no idea why? no email, no text, I paid £1.99 for some silly adhd test and now they are taking money.. not a clue what for.. if I had not checked my account I would not have known and they would have probably continued to take monies..

This company charged me for a subscription I never agreed to. I have no account with them and there is no way to check to see if they made one, no password or login help. That alone is a huge red flag, what am I getting with this suposed subscription.
I sent a letter to them quoting Oregon laws on these things and I received an email back that said they would get back to me in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago.
I contacted PayPal, and they closed the case, saying that I had authorized this. I am not sure how they know that because a simple online search would show PayPal that the charge is a scam. This company is in the BBB scam watch. PayPal is allowing them to continue committing fraud and backing them up.

über PayPal abgebucht. Rund 155€
um die ich heute kämpfen muss, weil das Unternehmen nicht verstehen will, dass ich nicht bestellt habe.

Fraudulent company. I bought a medical alert bracelet from them when they were using another name (they use many) in February. I paid for it at the time but today they took £39.95 as a subscription charge I never agreed to. Both my bank and PayPal are saying I need to contact seller but, according to online reviews, very few get a refund from them.

I purchased the results of a test for £1.95 and was automatically subscribed to a £39.95/month subscription via PayPal without my consent.

This company is a scam. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company.

The test results were vague and completely unpersonalised based on the test answers.

Avoid at all costs.
