Love the designs but the quality is awful. T shirts peal off, stickers don't stick.. overpriced for the quality.

Ordered an expensive 90 Euro hoodie from them.
The hoodie that arrived was completely different and much lower quality compared to the one they display on product pictures.
They advertise high quality products and deliver different cheap hoodies to customers.

I had a terrible experience with Nordics buddies. The package never arrived and the customer support was very unhelpful. At the end I got a refund for the product that I did not received but I still had to pay for the delivery fees that were expensive. It’s very pricy brand for such a poor customer service.

What an amazing company with excellent customer service. The products are all high quality and would highly recommend them to anyone around the world. You will not be disappointed.

Free shipping - Nordicbuddies advertise free shipping to the UK. This is not the case Duty and import is charged. If you do not pay the return shipping will be charged to the customer.

I feel the Free shipping is missleading and it should be more clear when ordering.

I ordered 2 bottles for my daughter. I received only one of them. So the kid ended up with what is likely the most expensive bottle ever bought.
There is no customer service number, just an email that nobody answers. You can't even get in touch with them.
This has been the most frustrating shopping experience ever.

Just purchased and received two really nice Moomin oversized t-shirts. I was hesitant to buy from Nordic Buddies as there weren’t many trustpilot reviews but I’m pleased I did. Came via UPS, had a tracking number day after I bought from them, quick shipping and a quality product. Overall very happy

"Transfer-tryck" vilket gör att större tryck blir hårda och mycket obekvämt att ha på sig. Företaget svarar inte på kundmail.

Olen tilannut jo muutaman vuoden ajan useita tuotteita Nordicbuddiesilta ja olen hurjan tyytyväinen tuotteisiin. Aina saa kehuja kanssaeläjiltä. Lemppareita ehdottomasti sukat, t-paidat, hupparit ja päähineet. Viimeisimmässä tilauksessa tilasin pullon ja olen todella tyytyväinen siihen. Käytössä päivittäin toimistolla ja kuntosalilla.

Ostin puhelinkuoren. Kuori oli tullessaan naarmuinen, kuin roskiksesta kaivettu. Palautukseen meni. En saanut tuotteen huonosta kunnosta mitään selitystä tai edes pahoittelua lähettämääni palautussähköpostiin. Ja palautuskulutkin pitää itse maksaa. Ei voi suositella tuotteiden laatua eikä asiakaspalvelua.

Tilasin T-paidan Nordicbuddies nettikaupasta ja kokemus oli oikein hyvä. Paita istuu niinkuin nettikaupan kuvissa ja kokotaulukko oli tarkka.

Tilasin ekaa kertaa täältä ja oli tosi nopea toimitus! Tilasin maanantaina ja tuotteet saapui keskiviikkona. Tuotteet näyttää juuri samalta kuin kuvissa ja laatukin tuntuu olevan ihan hyvä. Tuotteiden hinnat on silti vähän suolasia.

Snabb och säker betalning och transport, köpte tre par strumpor och de såg ut som de gjorde på hemsidan.
Tyvärr är strumporna av dålig kvalitet och det fanns redan lösa trådar på rätsidan efter en tvätt.
